just got my renewal through for my buildings and contents insurance from direct line
direct debit has gone up from £30 to £35 a month. total cost inc interest for monthly payment is £428
now just got a quote on esure and the for year inc interest for monthly payments is £180
oh and £30 quidco

Can anybody recommend a Home emergency cover,
don't want to spend a lot on this, on my last home insurance policy it was a £12 extra but as i changed my insurance it is no longer an option.
I don't want it to include breakdown for the central heating/boiler as i have this seperately.

Hi,
Just renewed my buildings and contents insurance with Churchill through Quidco. I've paid £109.20 for £40,000 contents cover, £250,000 rebuild. I've gone for the basic cover without accidental damge or legal cover. I also reduced the excess to just £75 and I've protected my NCD.
