I was wondering which of the two is going to be a better choice for upgrading from a Nvidia 8800gt?

I tend to play alot of company of heroes, dawn of war, cod 4 etc. Also with modern warfare 2 on pre order.

My friend used it, but now doesn't need it, so he gave it to me but i don't want it so im selling it.
