Just been to my local Spar (DIckson Road, Blackpool) and they have their pre-pack value bacon pieces (300g) for half price. They're just 44p. This makes them 67p / lb. or £1.47 / Kg. Probably better suited for making soups, stews, pasta sauces or pies than for sandwiches, etc., but still a cracker o more...
