Amazingly they've done 15 assorted fragrances. Why is a mystery, but someone has to be buying them.

Anyway, here's the fragrantica link. Doesn't sound too bad, though quite a few think it smells like celery.

I once got a code for the full bundle for £35 for 18 months but it is only for new customers
jaypee24
agreed. I am looking too. last week they had 33% off which seems to have ended now and replaced by 25 quid? probably the worst new customer offer I have seen

try here:
http://www.digital-tv.co.uk/providers/sky/sky-q

or 45% off if you can get this link working:

dont bother looking retention deals - ask to cancel via email or live chat (any time up to 30 days before contract due to end) and stick to your guns . They will ring with a crap offer but tell them you still want to cancel. Then log into sky offers (online or via TV) and you will see 50% off your package offer for 12 months - hold your nerve and within a few weeks this will change to 60%. I am paying £9 per month for original bundle.

I have this CPU. As I wasnt going to over clock I didnt need a K series. THis processor Does the Job for my gaming. Got it with a Geforce1070 and works like a dream! I Only got it back 3 months ago for £180 so this is a great price.
This processor also supports up to 64GB of DDR4-2400/2133
IS THAT THE BEST it can do?
Back on topic, I have had a few things from Play Asia, although not for several years now; I dont remember any issues with tax + duty to be paid; but there is always the chance it will be stopped and you will get a bill.

I have had a large £150 item with no extras, and an item that was 2p over (currency fluctuations), that I got charged £12 (**** admin charge mostly!!).

The SLOWEST shipping option is usually the safest when it comes to avoiding customs duty.

I'm still going for a i7 when the prices drop this year . as Intel release the new generation Cpu older stock prices will fall
A bit optimistic, as that hasn't happened in previous generations. Minor price drops where a retailer takes the hit might be possible, but Intel haven't dropped any prices AFAIK since the Athlon64 days. And so far, it looks like they are ignoring Ryzen since cutting prices would lose them more profit than losing a few sales to AMD, for now.
As for the rest, Ryzen's memory compatibility hasn't been that bad for a brand new platform as long as people stick to the official speeds of 2400/2666 rather than trying to overclock and get 3000+. Of course, Ryzen gains a fair bit with higher memory clocks so no wonder people try.
* Brand new platform being the important point. Even Intel with it's $12+ billion R&D budget (vs AMD at under $1 billion), has had trouble with new platforms before. X99 (which was the first to support DDR4) had lots of teething issues. Skylake's DDR4 support was solid but a lot slower than Kabylake's (about the only real difference between the two). So far, we've had one leaked review of Skylake-X (from Hexus and Bit-Tech - same owners - who seem to have gotten their hands on a i9-7900X without Intel's NDA) and there seem to be constant BIOS updates too. Sanctioned reviews are due tomorrow AFAIK, so it will be interesting to see if X299 suffers from any teething issues.
Latest bios updates are almost fixing every memory issue now.
Yes, I know. Just waiting for a tech site to review with the latest updates now. When I last looked at DDR4 prices (at 2x16GB kits), the G.Skill Samsung b-dies PC3200 were almost 70% more than the cheapest AData PC3200 ones so once those are are confirmed to work it will make a big difference to the overall costs.

the standard corsair 3200mhz lpx seems to be working for most now too

If the UV codes work then a great deal, i have purchased a few titles recently and the UV codes had expired, last one being ninja turtles.
I'm sure the codes will still be valid as it's the 2016 edition. Probably won't expire so soon. Even if they do still an excellent offer for one of the best film franchise of all time.
Harry potter is a good series but its no police academy, come on.

I have the 16gb version, its a nice small box and it runs nicely. I also have a 1st gen fire tv and a generic t95k. This box so far performs far better than the others.
I use it for Skype on tv, google picassa albums and browsing net. As it's Android you can download more apps that are not on supported by your tv make.

Just a quick update for anybody still considering this... My drive arrived yesterday, first impressions are good. It's extremely quiet. I can't even hear the difference between it spinning and not spinning, and there's no noise when data is being read or written. The PC uses about 4W more power idling and 6W when the disk is in use.

However the packaging by box.co.uk wasn't great. It was wrapped in an air filled hard drive pouch inside a plastic bag, but half of the air pockets had burst so part of the drive had no protection at all. SeaTools reports no errors so I'm fairly confident with it, but if I were to buy another one I wouldn't choose this company! And they used Hermes, who (in my area at least) are known to throw stuff around.
feves92
yeah definitely don't use this in a desktop they are not meant to be powered down regularly they are designed to Stay on for long periods

I don't know where you are getting your information, drives "intended" for desktop use are the lowest quality (Actually it's probably external drives) and will not be as robust as a NAS drive, intended for multi access and more read/write cycles. The fact that they are able to be run 24/7 is a positive, not a negative. I don't know why you would think they are meant to stay on for long periods anyway, it's not like they have to get up to temperature or spin at a constant speed, they will be accessed whenever they are requested, the same way if they were in a NAS.

But I would really only use them as data storage rather than running an OS from one.

Hitachi are normally very well regarded
the Death Star name was when they were made by IBM (i.e a very long time ago)

Wasn't the deathstar drive about 15 years ago?
That's a blast from the past. Many people on this site were not even born at that time!
Don't buy Seagate unless you're going to store data you don't mind losing. Absolute garbage quality drives. Do yourself a favour and buy WD or HGST instead.

Is this offer still available? I recently reduced my sky plus HD package from £83 to £53 pm and want to upgrade to Sky Q. They offered the £60 for main box and £40 for first mini box but then £99 for other 2 I need, but really want them to do all the mini boxes for the lower cost...any chance, do you reckon?

I don't think so. You could try ordering main box and mini, then ordering the other minis later but there's no guarantee you would be eligible for the offer. Have you tried calling?

Heat from me. I'm on a decent discount for my overall package. Already have one mini box, but begrudged paying £99 for another. £49 includes them coming out to install. These can and should be self-install, but at least if they send an engineer out they will sort out any connectivity issues.

Like others commenting on here, I got the email offer but the link did not work. I called them up. They were busy but sent me an sms with a Facebook chat link. Worked a treat.

Edited By: Bisto13 on Jun 16, 2017 16:32
I'm not an existing Sky Q customer so appreciate I'm probably not eligible. I thought I would have a look online but kept getting an error. Called and it's still the same offer as it was before for me - £60 for 2TB, £40 for first mini and £99 for second mini. He said I could order one box and a mini and then see if I can do a separate order later but he wouldn't budge on the 18 month contract so I ended the call.

this coffee business is too much hassle - at a waitrose I frequent occasionally (finchley road) one has to ask the cashier for a mug and then return to the other end of the store where a coffee machine is located and there's nowhere to sit down and peacefully drink it!

If you're into the almond ones, do try these Lidl ones http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/tesco-price-comparison/Ice_Cream/Gelatelli_Classic_Ice_Cream_Sticks_Almond_6x120ml.html

They're £1.79 for 6.

They're much nicer than Magnum and the inside is creamier. I do like the Waitrose almond ones too (the nuts are more crisp) but Lidl ones are my fave :D

Linky thing with full details.

OP, great spot, heat added (hope it doesn't melt the ice creams oO ).

sorry but how can you select your PYO list

You get yourself a Waitrose card then go to the Pick Your Own Offers part of their website or download the PYO app. You can select 10 items from across the whole range of food and household stuff they sell, including a lot of brand names. You can make 10 changes per month after that. You get 20% off each of your picks each time you buy. Plus a free tea or coffee per day when you make a purchase and a free paper if you spend over £10.

Looked in Dragonville, Durham store today - they were £4 and the shelf ticket said reduced from £6
I like these wipes. Never used water wipes. Suppose it depends how sensitive baby's skin is.
they're a bit crap but I'll get them for cleaning up their faces and hands after a messy meal
Another for waterwipes. Johnsons seem to always be on offer nowadays, the regular price per pack i keep seeing is 50p.. wonder why... oO
Don't buy!!! Feel rough, very smelly no where near as good as pampers

It would be much more interesting to find out where these are are on sale cheaper.

Here's where you get into the interesting thing about HUKD. This is obviously a deal in that it's less than RRP but people have differing criterias.
Personally I voted cold just because I've had these once and they're utter sh*te.

Cold. I do not buy books based on price alone. I have to know what they're about ie, the subject matter matters.
Complete Boxed Set .... Kindle Edition... where teh box? :p
How about the time you'll put into what will inevitably a subpar book series? 30-40 hours? Is it worth it really?

maybe nor for fathers day but i ordered the 10 reasons i love you for our anniversary and its a lovely little gift :D

Each to their own of course, but these types of things feel very impersonal to me. The words spoken or personally written in a card would have a much better effect (even if copied from another source (which I'd never know)).

Getting a box of these would give me 2 thoughts; a) "ah that's sweet", b) "what on earth am I supposed to do with these now?!".

No dad wants this tat! The best thing about this post is it gives us dad's the chance to get that message out there :D
you've posted deals for another version of this. clearly your own crap. self posting is not allowed.

Bosch kit is generally overpriced? Seems a good price if the buyer wants that specific item. Possibly not so attractive when compared to other manufacturers' similarly-spec'd kit. Nice find.

Does seem like a good deal
Sorry but, what exactly is so good about this?
So nice this small ice box. Bought one for summer, I love cool drinking!

Probably as original poster indicated they are very short dated. Best before 18 June. No reason why you can't enjoy them oast this date but unfortunately they're not allowed to sell them if the bbe date has gone..
