Saw several sets from £9 up to £18 in store which get 100 points. Also saw one Star Wars set for £19.99 which gives 300 points, think it was yoda's ship
Do you mean 1000 points instore? Great news as you can use those recent mailing MOC's that came in the post to reduce the bill.
think I saw some deal that there is 100 points if buy selected lego instore :)

Asda have price matched this at £15, just seen them in the Crewe store but no points obviously.
Still loads in stock in Hull, St Stephens. Got myself 3 boxes (nine months of viewing), for £45, £15 back in clubcard points, plus £3 per box from CEX, so that's nine months of viewing for £21. Job's a good 'un!

does anyone know how long this 3 month pass will be valid for before we can activate?

There's no expiry date shown on the voucher itself, but on the outside of the box it states 'voucher expires one year after date of purchase'
I'm not sure how the voucher would know when it was purchased though!

Can anyone confirm if the following is doable?
Set up this box on a new account
Take the 2 months entertainment for the price of 1 that now tv are offering on their site
Cancel that before it runs out so I only pay £6.99 for 2 months
Then apply the 3 month code that came with this?
Thanks in advance for help :)
Yes, absolutely you can.
But if I were you, I will buy another 3 month box, instead of £6.99 for 2 months offer.
Thanks :)
I thought about that but even after the 500 points back I'm paying £3 more for a box I don't need and an extra month I won't use
I'm not bothered about sky atlantic after twin peaks ends!
Point taken. If you only need for 5 months, your method is good.

My rule of thumb is that clubcard points are work about twice the points (e.g. 500 points = £10), as many reasonable offers are for twice their value (theme parks etc.). The places that offer 4x often have half-price offers that mean that frequently their price is only 2x the value of the points.

I think there's going to be another 3 for 2 from tomorrow, so will be worth waiting ;) (i THINK it might be happening im not 100% sure) it would still be worth waiting 1 day even if it doesn't happen :)

I wouldn't be too sure. Unless it's online only and not instore as I've not heard anything about a new promo.

Then again they did do them two weeks apart at Christmas as well so who knows!

All over priced from what I can see, tesco up to their old Tricks again inflating prices to compensate for giving away bonus points.
Good deal this, Moana 41150 is £32.99 (comedy RRP £39.99) then I get £15.96 back through 3x CC towards the holiday that I would otherwise be paying cash for, so effectively £17.03 which is around £10 cheaper than found on ebay. Not worth buying to sell on but still a great deal.

I don't know why this is cold.
it is a 6% return for putting in £200 potentially a month before you get it.

plus if you put save £5 before 2/4/17 you get 100 extra clubcard points.
Brainless Tesco-haters - that's all. They don't even bother to read the detail....... Don't give up Op.... Some of us appreciate your highlighting the deal... Thanks

Are these topups only to be used at Christmas? Or do they just stay on your account untill u want to use them? For example if I want to spend them on days out from clubcard, can I use these points ?

Im a bit confused with the "Your last chance to top up your savings and receive your bonus in your November 2016 statement is 18th October" part.

Sorry about that. Tesco seems to have done a copy and paste job (as I did) for last year's offer without changing the dates, so 18th October might be a day or two out. Even the terms and conditions have the wrong dates. I'm sure they'll update eventually.

Did this last year. Topped up the full £200 a week or so before the deadline, got £212 in vouchers a couple of weeks later. Vouchers can be used for fuel.

So how does it work do I top up £200 on my Clubcard and they pay £360 to spend in a years time

Hi no what it means is save between £200 and £360 before the deadline and you receive the amount plus an extra £12 from them in vouchers to spend. The op has put the starting and finishing amounts for each bonus then what bonus you will receive for saving that amount. Hope that helps.

Am I missing something here, isnt 1000 points £10?
only if you are short-sighted enough to spend it on food :) - Tesco want you to do that, it is the worst option for you
there are many ways to get £30 of value if you look at the options on Clubcard Boost/ Redeem
Eg £10 of Tesco points = £30 of Eurotunnel credit
Rather spend it on food, than the crappy deals they have.
I reckon they'll do Boost @ Direct about once every 2 years, worth saving your points for that

If they ever do that that would be good. I miss the promotion they used to do quite regularly when they double boost in store and direct.
naturelover
Surely, the best use for points is changing them x 4 of their value to spend in chain restaurants??

not really IMHO because the 4x only applies to full price, you can always get deals & vouchers with these chain restaurants so 4x is a bit artificial

Don't bother this is the worst company you will ever deal with

Have to disagree, had a few not so good plants, phoned them up new tray of 24 plants sent out for the sake of 4 not so good ones.
Everything else I ordered has bloomed lovely.
Wouldn't say they where the best company out there but not the worst,
Could you elaborate why they are the worst ??
Avoid
Don't bother this is the worst company you will ever deal with
My email from Tesco says I can use up to three vouchers per order but the Van Meuwen website only allows one per order. As I have two vouchers that means an extra £3.95 deliver charge which almost negates the enhanced boost offer. Bit of a con I think. I've asked Tesco to cancel the Van Meuwen vouchers and return my clubcard ones and I'll buy my plants somewhere else
If it's like before, can only be used on full price goods

Thompson and Morgan too
Same Company.
It's worth checking out both as they have different offers.
Plus Quidco which has 11% on VM and 6.3% cashback on T&M.
Update: I'm just reading on the Tesco boost page that the vouchers can't be used in combination with any other offers. Can anyone confirm if that means you can't use it on their 'deals'? (P&P is excluded)
I think you can use it on their own deals but not combine with other sites like Quidco and Top Cashback.

Do I have to wait until I can turn in my clubcard points or is there a way to use them immediately at shopping?

Shame I already have GOW4 and Forza :( Where are all the good games? Feels like there hasn't been anything in ages!
Umm... you already have the games, and want to buy a console? What?
500gb fat console that barely fits on the shelf... plus, the 2 games I mentioned are also on PC. I want the smaller console just so it looks smarter. Shame it's white though. More or less everything else on the shelf is black.

Tastes nothing like Marmite. Bought some once. Tried it and binned it. Similar to Morrison's own label, which I also binned. Not voted cold, because if you like Vegemite...

I used to prefer to squeezy bottle of marmite compared to the stuff in a jar. It was smoother tasting and less harsh.
Read my post above, if it tastes harsh you are using too much.
I was using the same quantity, the squeezy seemed to be a different formulation from the jar.
Never had a squeezy Vegemite, do they exist ? Never known of that, I only know of a Cheesy Vegemite variation which is awesome but its less potent so you eat more per serving.
The jar is potent so using the same amount as a prepacked usable squeezy is defo a nono.
Marmite I was referring to because other people were discussing it, not Vegemite.
Marmite is the poor mans Vegemite

People taking certain mental health drugs should avoid: MAOI antidepressant users note such as phenelzine (Nardil) or tranylcypromine (Parnate), yeast extracts interact negatively with these types of medications tyramine content.

Those just having a bad day can get a Marmite prescription from http://www.marmite.co.uk/coupon

Food ALLERGY sufferers should be aware:

Veg extract - can mainly include PEANUTS and SOYA
Spice extract - contains CELERY, the EU demanded that it be listed as an ingredient.

Glutamic Acid - this is natural, not MonoSodiumGlutamate, more info here: http://www.truthinlabeling.org/III.What%20is%20MSG.html

If only applicable to a "new partner" it will have to be detailed in small print somewhere on the leaflet.

Doesn't mention new partner anywhere in the small print.
its not too obvious the mailer gives you anything and can easily be thrown out or at least that's what my wife told me when I asked her if she had one as well as me!

£6.60 tcb aswell
They give so little out in the way of bonus points now that I'd much rather save them for some of the 3x or 4x value deals they have.
Thanks OP I was just about to be changed £60!

As soon as Aldi/Lidi start doing deliveries it's game over for the big boys unless they seriously change.

Our local Aldi/lidl currently are either to small so lack products, or lack parking etc
You can't compare aldi to Tesco for range . they don't sell anything branded. non branded with Tesco non branded is similar prices in my opinion. Tesco allegedly price match their competitors and I can say delivery has been excellent since I used them in July. aldi also don't deliver so pointless comment to this thread.

Spend money at Tesco to get money off at Tesco? No thanks. Aldi is so much cheaper in the first place and just as good - if not better - quality to boot!

Aldi is terrible i cant even do a full shop in there and most of there food ia horrible

This code does actually apply on my account, though I agree as a offer limited to specific accounts it isn't a great deal.
Not sure if I want Arkham Knight though considering the rather mixed reviews, is there anything better in terms of games in say the £10-£15 range at Tesco Direct at the moment?

I liked it personally, but what do you mean by mixed reviews? On Metacritic it has 89 professional reviews, 82 of which are positive. Unless you're referring to what non reviewers have said?

I'm sure they had doom for £14, and a few other good games around the £17 mark.

No. the "deal" should be given the proper treatment of an arctic blast.
One point is, even if you got 1 biiiiiillion point you still have to spend £13 and not £8.
Getting any amount of points does not reduce this to £8.

I wouldn't stand for that... You need to put a complaint in
Wife and 2 friends went to Sidcup branch Friday. The waitress gave them the dessert menus. They all chose their free desert. She came back to take the orders and said 'we have no deserts available'
I think it depends on the waiters training or willingness to apply the discount. We decided to have starters and main before seeing this actually highlighted on the menu. We asked the waiter if this was correct to be told yes but only if we were not using any other codes or vouchers.

Was the Bull Ring branch.
cjwilsonbms
The dessert is only free if you ask for it to be free before you start your meal, we assumed it would be automatic as it was widely advertised in store however after we had paid we realised it hadn't been taken off, we complained to the manager but just got fobbed off with excuses that it was "too difficult to sort it" as they had "closed the table" so just be aware!

I've used this deal twice with my partner, never mentioned the free dessert deal and got 2 free desserts on each occasion, in fact on the first occasion the server knew nothing about it! Used Tesco vouchers too, it's advertised on the menu, so as long as you spend £11.95 x2 on starters and 2x mains it should be applied automatically, probably best to check your receipt.
