Thanks for the heat. Is it the same price in B&M for this coffee or is it their Classic coffee? No B&M or Heron near me anyway but I'd keep a look out for it on my travels if it was the same product.

Im sure B&M has the classic coffee at this price.

The Classic is their budget coffee and is usually a lot cheaper than the Pure Indulgence that I've posted so that explains why it's sold cheaply at B&M.

Nope. Correct one. Image the same, as is the weight, description etc. No need for rudeness.

It was showing as £5 online, but still priced at £12 on shelf. I have seen the price of an item change at the till to what was shown when I scanned it with the self scan hand scanner before.
Saw one left in Clacton in a rather battered box, said £12 on shelf, didn't bother to scan it, but was £5 online yesterday, and now shown as no longer stocked.

Wilko have these at 50p per 4-pack (always that price) for anyone who has a local Wilko.

...and the even better 95p 8-pack.

why not to buy rechargeable ones and forget ever buying batteries?

Plenty of reasons; chief among them being convenience & shelf life.

Why aren't battery companies forced to state the mAh of their products on the packaging? I'm unsure how many Duracell AA types there are, but a lot of people think that a Duracell, is a Duracell, so therefore all are equal. With rechargeable batteries it's always listed. I'm not saying that it will actually be that value, but hey, it gives you something of a benchmark.
Yeesssss! A decent battery deal (i.e. not Duracell) that has gone hot! Yippee! It's the normal price for good quality AA cells though.

Saw this today myself and was going to share - good find OP.

Pretty sure its not been less than £16.50 in a year or more.

The bottle being sold in Tesco (the branch I went to anyway in London - Kensington) is an older type than the one that's in ASDA and is now discontinued from production, I understand. So this could have some appeal to bottle collectors out there.

On the "you can't compare" subject above (that forever crops up in these threads), I say you can compare because they are ultimately both types of American whiskey, which is a term defined by the US Code of Regs. When I go out to buy an American whiskey, i don't limit to whether what I have is a sour Mash or a bourbon or a rye or corn , and I'd reckon most other folk, with an interest, do the same.

Some might say that you can't compare Islay Scotch (Scotch again being a defined term) with Speyside, but ultimately it is done - Jim Murray's Bible being just an example. In the same way as all Scotch is Scotch , American whiskeys are all American whiskeys.

Nice. Far better than Jack D.

Cannot find nothing online though :(

Jack isn't a bourbon, it's a sour mash whisky

TBF Hatton didn't state that it was. They were only stating that they prefer this to JD. A perfectly legitimate statement given they are both very similar drinks i.e. are made from a sour mash.

And it is whiskey not whisky

Heat. Nice bourbon but much prefer Double Oak.

I agree the double oak is much better. I managed to pick up a bottle in the Amazon deal for £16.99 at the weekend. A better deal IMO(although no longer available).
