none in my local at Wallasey, so bought it off Amazon at £19 as it's still a good deal with 5 years warranty I reckon. hot
They didn't have the BBQ one at our HB (Camelon, Falkirk) but they did have the one that covers a round table and 6-8 chairs (up to 2.5m). I bought one this morning for £9.99 - feels like great quality and just what I need for our incredibly miserable summer!

It's the same as this one on Amazon - https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gardman-Patio-Cover-Large-34310/dp/B00A7POHWK

Can't get your link to work but if this is the heavy duty one (seems they do them at various qualities) then it is a great price. I recently bought the one designed for 57cm Kettle BBQ's as I didn't want to pay the crazy money for an official Webber one and I'm very impressed so far. That said, as with all things BBQ, it's only time that tells the quality of products apart.

Same as the below link:
http://www.gardman.co.uk/garden-leisure/covers/barbeque-covers/large-barbecue-cover-3.html

Gardman product code is 35872.

You're right, I had high hopes for the Lavazza instant coffee but it's nothing special (Home Bargains have saved me spending much more at Tesco for it, though). Like you, I think the best wholebean instants are the Azera varieties.

These seem to be different brands with different delivery costs/express delivery but if that's makes no odds to you go for it! I'm not a extension plug expert by any means - perhaps some break more easily, sockets become unresponsive e.t.c so I guess it goes down to what you've used before and personal experience.

As for the individual switching I did mean that given the many sockets available you can easily pull the plug. Sorry if I confused the terminology.

Edited By: TiyRi on Jul 05, 2016 13:24
Pulling the plug is an acceptable means of isolation, most leads don't have individual switching.
I can't seem to see the individual switches for each plug socket for this posted item or the Currys one posted in comments above. Am I missing something?

Don't waste your money. These don't last long.
Well, if they last a year, then that's pretty good for £5, and if they don't, get a replacement or your money back with consumer law. Seems like a bargain.
Expand on this consumer law?
12 months warranty.

No such thing as a 12 months warranty in the UK in consumer law.

You have 6 years to make a claim. In the first 6 months the onus is on the retailer to prove the fault wasn't there when sold. After that, it's down to you to prove it was.

Many retailers extend the 6 months to 12, in effect giving you a "12 months warranty", but there is no consumer law which gives you 12 months warranty. See: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/somethings-gone-wrong-with-a-purchase/claim-using-a-warranty-or-guarantee/

Home Bargains also do 10 sachets of porridge for £1. The difference is with the pots you add water and the sachets you add milk.

Don't get porridge with syrup, if you don't like it plain then add fruit or even a teaspoon of sugar. The one with syrup is equivalent to adding 4 teaspoons of sugar.

Oh well! :(
How is this so cold? Can someone please direct me to cheaper as I love desperados
Good price for me it's my favorite larger.

The cheapest I have found before is the off licence that were doing 4 cans for £6 (so £1.50/can).

You get a lot of bang for your buck at 5.9% :D

I dread the day if pubs do it on draft - that will be carnage. :D
My local shop sells Polish lager 7.5% for 1-15 per can. Plus it tastes nice

Which local shop and which Polish lager?? I can't see your deal.

For people who like Desperados, this is quite a good price - hence my sharing the info. :p

Well the easy answer is they haven't found the real answer to their health problem unless it was psychological, going gluten free = less junk food isn't true, many gluten free products are essentially junk food too, people will seek to replace gluten based carbs with gluten free based carbs, many of which are no healthier in reality, apart from avoiding gluten.http://foodbabe.com/2015/09/22/trying-avoid-gluten-dont-make-common-mistakes/http://www.headlines-news.com/2015/08/18/175349/its-insane-for-the-nhs-to-dole-out-junk-food-because-it-is-gluten-free-says-dr-max-pemberton
Yes, but those last two links? Foodbabe.com not exactly the Lancet and the other one is simply factually incorrect. Some coeliacs can get staple items such as bread, flour, oats on prescription, which they pay for unless they have other medical conditions, some CCGs won't even fund this. Neither link strengthen your argument.

I have no experience of obtaining Gluten free products via the medical establishment, I've just listed what's in the public domain. However I do have experience of following interesting information backed up by scientific study. I know that not all the links I've provided are based on science, perhaps I didn't make that clear when I posted them?

I consider Dr Art Ayers one of the stronger sources of information, freetheanimal has a certain agenda, bulletproofexec is all about selling and misusing science in order to sell products, Dr B G Grace takes a scientific stance and interchanges information with freetheanimal, and they often disagree.

In simple terms Dr Art Ayers has useful information in terms of diet, the rest seek to improve health via the microbiome, which is a very interesting topic but caution must be taken as it's largely experimental as we simply don't have enough information, but it looks to be the next big target in health.

I want to inform people that nowhere near everyone needs to be Gluten free based on the current evidence, and that Gluten free alternative foods are often just junk food. I believe if you have a health complaint as many of us do and will do that a large component of western health complaints can be sourced at dietary level, not withstanding genetic components of disease.

You can be gluten free and be healthy, also people with coeliac disease and other bowel disorders would do well to look in to the microbiome and strengthen its diversity and overall health. The microbiome is a genetically diverse and species diverse collection of symbiotic organisms that communicate bi-directionally with the human, the simple description of this is gut bacteria, we are finding out more and more just how important these gut bacteria are. They create compounds which are essential to our well being which affect a vast amount of bodily processes.

Anyway I wish you all well, there's so much to learn!

Belief is powerful, extremely powerful it's the mother of Placebo and Nocebo, the mechanism not well understood.
So, given the large amount of research into placebos and their effectiveness, if someone believes that going GF will help them it's likely that it will for a good percentage. So. Where's the problem with this? It's not like going GF is dangerous as long as it's done as part of a healthy diet, and generally speaking, going GF means less junk food and a greater degree of cooking from scratch.

Hired a little sprayer and went through 6 tubs of this today done front back and side fencing
It is best applied with a good old fashioned paint brush and taking your time, to get as thick a coat as possible. My fence didn't come out perfect and needed a 2nd coat a year later, but it turned out better than my neighbours, who used same paint with a sponge. Avoid sponging it on!
It's alright everyone saying it's crap, but why don't they back it up with suggesting a cost effective alternative that's any better.

Heat
Looks well when applied at first -But does not last - poor quality paint - will last a year max if you are lucky.............
I have also done a new fence , bought this stuff a few weeks ago, mix paint well and used cheap brush and sploshed it on, should last 2/3 years, if not, still got half a tub.

Grabbed a lazy mutt (Clifton Moor - York)

Not awfully taken with the others, have had them before and they are pretty average.
Smeeble
enjoying a Huber Bock right now, delicious, fill yer boots.

Tried to stock up today, but they had no cases of Huber Bock left. Managed to get a dozen and only charged for 10. Got a few bottles of Lazy Mutt too.
Chilling for the match tonight.................the beer, not me.

These don't get the best reviews on ratebeer. I think i'll skip them
Ratebeer is full of pretentious fools who just make ridiculous and mostly non-existent scent/flavour comparisons that were once the sole preserve of wine-snobs.
You could say that about a lot of review sites, but I think the reviews on this mass produced stuff will be about right.
this isn't craft beer

As a shave gel I think it is a waste of time, Smells ok but nothing special, Nothing more than a standard shower gel.
