Funnily enough Farmfoods sell a range of other foods which are healthier, so it all balances out if you are selective.

Nice deal OP :)

Unlikely to be national then if dated April 2016, Just an odd store selling an out of date product.
How tight are B&M not to have reduced these before they reached their Best Before date
Where did I say it was national? I posted this as a local deal and made it perfectly clear where I found the product.

Beef gelatine- These bunnies been eating maccy Ds. Not vegetarian or halal.
It just comes from the bones, they are only going to turn into fossils if we don't boil them down, get over it. As for halal, well just a joke really, glad the animals weren't tortured by throat slitting and bleeding to death same as a Isis prisoner.
There are jelly and gelling agents that don't use animal gelatine. That beats killing some animal like some Iraqi or Afghan child being killed by a cowardly british soldier who think he is a "hero" when his child murdering tour comes to an end and he heads home.

Tell it to the Belgians, d'ckhead.

The Asda own brand used to be the best, hard like the Lions ones the black ones were even liquorice flavoured, then a couple of years ago they totally changed them to the soft, crappy ones :(

Yeah that was a shame , even had the liquorice ones.
Although to be fair i was eating way too many , used to pop in and stock up lol
Now i can control my midget gem habit by only visiting the old style sweet shop now and then :)
you can still get the lion ones loose at ye oldie sweet shops or a 3Kg box on amazon hhhhmmmm nice :)
Most supermarket own brand midget gems are far cheaper and good tasting - typically 28p a pack or thereabouts, similar weight as above, e.g Asda, Lidl.

Just goes to show how much the supermarkets rip us all off. These were £1.54 the other day when we went shopping. Why can't they just charge realistic prices, as the offer price is only a realistic price.
I'm with Squiff - These have never been the same since Cadbury/maynard/TheGiantSugarCartel took over. You can actually buy the original Lion version of Sports Gums and Midget Gems on Amazon, 3kg at a time - Midget Gems

Your dentist will love you for all the business you bring him...
