Received both my boxes, I was also worried it was only the December box so sent an email, they replied very quickly to reassure me. I mainly ordered for the hair brush as I was going to buy that exact brush in boots for £13.00.
Were you pleased with the boxes? Did everyone get what is shown in the photos or did people get other things?

finally got back home so just opened my boxes! i didnt get all that was shown in the photo. was looking forward to the mascara which i didnt get. but overall, it was a good deal. =)

Heat added for the price but I loved the old Time Outs so it's a shame Cadburys changed them. Obviously not OP's fault so still a good deal.
So dumb, I used to love time outs, the were the best thing in the heroes tin. Damn you cadburys.
I prefer the original Time Outs but these are still pretty nice

Cadbury said they weren't a good seller anymore so they've been changed to a Time Out Wafer, with the chocolate ripple layer inside replaced with more wafer. Like this https://4.bp.blogspot.com/-rUVNTVb49pc/Vs-K_eLw2QI/AAAAAAAAMHY/_s2p5dhVsZo/s1600/IMG_6195.jpg

32 rapes and sexual assaults last year in Uber cars in London Alone. Info from Freedom of information act from Metropolitan police. Uber is now known as rapist roulette. Good luck Ladies.
I don't know if you've made this whole story up as this is the first time I've heard anyone refer to Uber as "rapist roulette" Who else says it? Can you post the notification from the Met or a link to it.
http://www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/uber-drivers-accused-of-32-sex-attacks-on-london-customers-in-one-year-a3251706.html

Quoted from your link:

The force dealt with 154 allegations of sex attacks involving taxi and minicab drivers, private chaffeurs and rickshaw riders in the year to February, The Sun reported.

Of those alleged attacks reported to police, 32 involved Uber drivers — the equivalent of about one every 11 days – according to the newspaper.

This means 122 allegations of sex attacks involved taxis, minicab drivers, and rickshaw riders. Thus, it's actually safer to travel with Uber than using a taxi or minicab.

It's easy to prove anything when you apply Cameron logic;)

I posted the link as jd asked where the figure came from. TBH it is all based on figures 'obtained' by The Sun so probably a lot of rubbish anyway. :{

In fairness did you check how many attacks were carried out by black cabs and private hire taxis. Didn't think so..

Private hire taxis. Just shows what a moron you are. There is no such thing. It's either PHV ( which is what uber are) or taxis in London.

Über is very hit and miss. We used Uber to get from Hackney to KingsCross Station at Easter. The driver reversed into a metal post and pulled out in front of a fast moving bus.
The guy then dropped us around the back of the station to avoid him having to get parked out front. After a five minute walk around to the front, realised he had dropped us at the wrong station (obviously quite deliberately). Cost me £15 for a black cab to the correct station.

However we had a good experience in our previous trip to London. As I said, hit and miss.

Think you can still use it with £25 cashback off £50 spend at Mayfair Pizza Co with American Express card offers. X)

So you can potentially get a £70 bill down to £25 (£45 off!) when combining those two offers! :D

Yes I did wonder if that would work because they wouldn't know whether you are redeeming the Amex offer or not! I think I'll just see if I can buy a gift card at the resto though as the website says they sell them

The voucher says dinner service only. I've just emailed them to try and book a 6pm slot in July. Will let you know if there's any problems.

I know this is probably a stupid question but once you board the train at Victoria do you go through the channel tunnel?. I thought that was just a high speed train!
If yes though-
What happened prior to when the channel tunnel was built?
cheers

Are you seriously asking this? I do worry shout some of the people on this site

Prior to the tunnel being built the train did not cross the channel, do you think they just took it off the tracks and onto a ferry?
Lol

Those things in the picture, caled mo-mos, can be bought in a bag of 40 for around 5-8 quid depending on where you buy them. Come in chicken, seaweed, pork and vegetable variety. Just saying.Check this out
I could get 20 burgers for £2.50 at Iceland - but I still like to eat at places like Byron (where a burger will set you back a lot more than 12.5p) because they taste nice.
Oh? is byron terribly good? I have never been there. Whenever we go down to London, my keeper er, other half keeps wanting to go to these places her trendy londoner gay friend wants to take us. I just can't stand waiting in a queue for a burger like with 5 guys or whatever the place is called. Also, I have a thing where I only want to eat nachos wherever I go. So we end up going to all bar one, or something. Perhaps to stop her whingeing I shall go to this place. I just hate stakes and burgers though. You can't do much with it and its just a pattie in a bun. Do you know what I mean? Probably not but maybe I am just not a foodie. Plus isn't 9-12 quid pretty standard for a burger anywhere you go these days? We have a woman who cooks for us three days a week (not because we're posh but because we work so it's the only way to get home cooking) and I cannot stand stakes so we've asked her not to do them under any circumstance (again, much to the dismay of my other half). Why are women so annoying and complicated?

Feel a section coming on!

Aha, very true, whats the difference between the two? I would really like to know. Napalese, japanese, chinese, asian-ese isn't it all the same thing?
Only if you are ignorant.

I think that was an igno-rant. Anyway there are a couple of other things on their menu. 'Just sayin'

They are called gyoza- mo mos are Nepalese I think you will find? Just saying.
Aha, very true, whats the difference between the two? I would really like to know. Napalese, japanese, chinese, asian-ese isn't it all the same thing?
Only if you are ignorant.

Cool story bro

well obviously this offer is for people in London. even so I wonder how a 4 coures themed medieval banquet with unlimited beer and wine is cold? mighty odd unless you think this should be a national deal
Am i the only person who loves the word 'Wenches'
by the way this reminds me of the Adam and the Ants video 'Stand and Deliver'

Been to the soho one last time in London and was amazed at the food and the price. It was on Saturday night and everywhere else was packed with people. We didn't book a table, just popped in. Ordered king prawns for starter and lamb chops for main. Didn't wait too long for the food, and it was freshly made and tasted fantastic. Paid less than 20pounds each including drinks. Hot voted!
Haven't been to the soho branch but the one close to london bridge is lovely

The authentic Greek beer sounds nice

i agree they could have Mythos or perhaps Kea on offer. Kronenbourg does not theme Greek food. Chinese restaurant=Tsingtao , japanese maybe Sapporo, Indian Cobra etc, Kronenbour is ok but its not Greek

Mythos, yes! But Keo is Cypriot! Lol sorry to be pedantic! Still far closer to Greek than France!
Thanks :) ordered two as we're going to London next month. Great reviews on trip advisor too! x
Probably cheaper for me to fly to Greece and get the real thing than travel all the way down to London for a meal Cafe round the corner from work is doing a roll and a can and bun for £2 maybe I should post that deal

London Aquarium is of very poor value. I would rather spend my money on Chessington as the sea life there was much more superior!

It says in the [email protected] that the voucher is valid for 1 ticket so does that mean you can only buy 1 at a discount and anyone who goes with you must pay full price?

@jasee - I don't think this is the case with this offer, as there are more tickets going than there are restricted view seats! I did check the seating plan and my seats are superb. I paid the £44 tariff, and so the tickets are £80+ full price. We are in the Orchestra Stalls, which is where I would have sat anyway! Worth a punt I thought :)
Hot!
The sponsored big screen free Opera events at Trafalgar Sq and elsewhere are worth seeing too if you don't mind balancing on an air cushion for 3 hours.
This seems like a bargain but companies often use this method of selling their tickets to get rid of seats where you have a very restricted view. This has happened to me.
