I would never ever use Additions again.

I authorised an amount to be taken from my credit card and entered a delivery address. I screen captured this as proof as had a bad experiance before with them and giving them a last try.

Got an email next day confirming order at £15 more than I authorised and a delivery to an old address from an old account.
An account I had repeatedly asked to be closed over a year ago and also had asked for my details to be deleted from their database (as I thought was a legal right of mine - which they denied a few days ago).

I phoned for over an hour before getting through. In end asked for order to be cancelled and never got a cancellation email confirmation as told.

Was very close to filing for fraud with the bank with the screen captures I had to back up my authorisation at a lower price and different address. I wasn't prepare to be messed around esp with an order overpriced and being sent to a wrong address.

Second time they have really messed me around and really would urge people to not be tempted to use them...

BUT JUST MY EXPERIANCE OF THEM!

GREAT FIND THOUGH FOR DISCOUNT - THANKS FOR SHARING - I'M ONLY AGAINST ADDITIONS NOT YOUR DEAL FIND! :-D

Lol that made me laugh!:

PROMOTIONS TAKEN
ZQ410 £10 EMAIL APOLOGY X Remove Item

Your voucher will be validated and redeemed against your order in the checkout.

I must say i am not sure i'm going to use this though. I placed an order of £14 in may with a £10 off code making total order £4, i've been charged full and still haven't been refunded!

Sometimes they just try and get away with not adding the codes you use to your account. Usually when you phone up and ask why they havent been applied they credit it to your next statement. HE WHO STAMPS LOUDEST GETS RESULTS! Usually works 4 me. As british citizens its our right to complain and make a fuss untill we get what we want.

Im not sure but i tried buying a ?10 pair of jeans and it wouldnt work, then i added something for 3 quid, and it worked. And the code has to be used on a personal account, as it was sent out to account holders as an apology for being unable to respond messages about your account.

the code worked first time for me. And today the full amount was taken out of my bank but then 10 pound was immediatley refunded into my account

thanks.

So what was the total it would work with when you tried it as i am trying with a pair of trousers for £11

Code is usually for first timers only.

Havent you read this thread? It clearly states that this code was sent to me and many other people who are all account holders, as an apology for not being able to respont to account querys. So i dont know where you got the idea that it can only be used by 1st timers.

Additions are nothing short of a bunch of cowboys.

I placed my first order with them 2 weeks ago, using a £10 voucher. Item arrived fine, but they debited the full amount from my debit card.

I phoned them and they basically called me a liar and said that I didn't use a voucher.

I have a printout of it, I said (which I do) showing the total to pay was aftr £10 had been deducted.

Eventually they agreed to refund me £10.

10 days later and no sign of my £10 credit back onto my card, I phoned them again today and they said they have credited the £10 to my account as "store credit", and that I can't have as a refund.

Cowboys, the lot of them.

Won't be touching them again.

Kevin.
