Ha Ha, i got the Speedcats too! :w00t: I also looked at those Ferrari ones but decided that for the 0.1 seconds they'd last before they got scuffed and looked like he'd had had them for about a year they were a tad on the extravagant side. . Although i did order the Ferrari Puma cap, so that will fit him in about 10 years time.

yea to date i have never received the gifts but cant complain with a good discount like this - got myself some levis boxers for a £5 :)

Ring them up when the gifts don't arrive and they'll send them out to you. Bit of a pain i know but worth chasing.

i wouldnt recommend using the same code twice at least not if you are ordering stuff in your name twice. (apparently it is in the terms and conditions that you cant use the same code twice) I've done it before, and had to go thru fraud dept of my bank to get the money back & it took them almost a month or so... BUT got my money back in the end... PM me if you need more information on how to claim yr money back if they charged your second order... more than happy to help you:)

If you want to order more than one, the best thing to do is to use your partner's details and place another order... I'd also recommend not to use the same card on the second order...

hope this helps...:whistling:

i got the confirmation and it says £9 to pay including delivery costs? yet wen i filled in the details on the site, it said to pay £0.00. Could people confirm that this is wat they go too for their respective items? If so HOT lol
#24
Hi all,

thanx for all the enthusiasm, i got annoyed after i posted so many £8 off codes for vertbaudet and all i got was people saying how wrong it was and that it was like stealing-that really dampened the mood. Anyhows its great to see people being positive about freebies :):)
#25
Thankyou for this :) I have just ordered a cardigan to go with the dress I ordered about 2 weeks ago (also free thanks to HUKD!) so a full little outfit for cousins baby for easter :)
#26
I was charged last time (including p&p), will they refund in full if I return the item straight away?

Or is there any other way I could get my money back; perhaps making an exchange using a new code?

Same happened with me. Has anyone else had this happen? and if so were you charged £0 or full price?
Cheers.

If you return the item you will not get the p+p back. I called them and said that they had sent the item out twice and charged me for one and so I wanted the p+p refunded too, and they did.

If you call them, dont use the number they give - check out one of the 'say no to 0870 numbers' sites and use that number

Havent had this delivered yet, am not really bothered about the throw anyway, so if its a 'spend x amount and get £10 off' then I will just not use it. Only used the code for the £10 off and free p+p - is the cardigan I want, not the gift. Normally they subsitute the gift for another gift though, or just dont send it.

This always happens to me, but wen the items come its always £0 or however much extra i paid, hth :)

Same here, i called them and they said the throw has become very popular all of a sudden (i wonder why) ;-) and hence out of stock. I used the code in me hubbys name and got an email saying the throws been dispatched-hurray :-D

i have just tried the code first on sale items and it did not work and then on something not in the sale and it did not work. usually it says code used maximum number of times and gives some more to use. i added the pom pom throw to my basket but it never took £10 off so i'm going to leave this one. Anyone else having trouble. In fact i tried a few codes and after applying the codes it kept adding things to my basket, things i hadn't placed there. This is sooooo strange. :? I think it was someone elses order kept appearing in my basket.
#34
From what I understand from earlier codes, they'll charge you full unless you order slighlty over £10.
That's why I always make sure my order exceeds £10 even if it's only by 50p.
#35
I ordered just under a tenner and it said I had nothing to pay but then charged me full on the confirmation email.
#36
posting first time. i used this code this aftrenoon it showed 0.00 total thruout check out and i had email confirmation for full price.
so i guess it didnt work was 14.95 in total.any idea why it happened?

I have ordered at least 4 different times from la redoute and only one went over £10 (by 20p!) and I havent been charged for any of the other orders. Doesnt matter if it isnt more than £10

Ignore the email, I worried the first time I used the codes because they took the p+p off but not the £10. When the item comes it will be the amount shown on the confirmation page, NOT the email.

Even if they did charge you, all you would have to do is return it (free of charge) and they give you a full refund.
#39
thnx kelly, i have been la redoute customer for 5 years and i know found this site couple of week ago. i have used another 10£ off code and it showed the right amount online and also on my email, so i was worried this time. anyway i ordered it, so hopefully the discount will be taken when delivered. cheers
#40
That usually happens when the item is a miniprice item or sale item - vouchers arent supposed to be used on those.

I worried too but now I know to just ignore the email :)

Glad I could help
