Received code via e-mail for signing up to Additions Direct e-mail updates.

Ts&Cs:
This offer can only be used once to obtain £10 discount when you place your first order of £25 or more and is valid until 30/12/07. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer. Financial service products are excluded. Only one discount code may be used per transaction. Where you use a promotional code to obtain a discount off the price of your order, acceptance of this order is subject to our verifying that the code has been issued to you personally and that you were entitled to use it. In the event that the code has not been issued to you for your personal use, or you were not entitled to use it, the price of your order will be adjusted to disapply the discount notwithstanding any confirmation that you receive.

Sorry voted cold. They stiched me up on my first deal!

Thanks for the welcome :)

I was unsure as to whether that would cause a problem & that's why I included how I got the code so others could always sign up for e-mail updates & get a code of their very own (knowing how anal Littlewoods group is over codes).

What did they do? Havn't had a problem myself and used codes twice on their website.

They took the "New Customer" discount from my order & then billed me for amount less any discount! Sorry but I will never deal with this company again. I wish you luck, That is my personal experience.

I know that Littlewoods can be a total nightmare over their customer service (or should I say lack of it sometyimes) but the Additions Direct part of the business does seem to be run much better. (Admittedly that is merely based on reviews on places such as Ciao so I cannot speak from personal experience)

Apologies for posting a code for somewhere people consider to be dodgy, just thought £10 off a £25 spend was pretty good going at this time of year.

I remember ordering from them a few years back and I used a code during the sales.

The code was even sent to me.

But they didnt honour the code and when I phoned Customer Service they tried to fob me off saying that the code was taken off but used against the full price item and not the sale price. By the time the statment arrivedI had already worn the clothes and couldnt return.

They are a total nightmare and I closed my account with them after that.

sorry voted cold !!!
