the discount still works but it looks like they have changed the delivery now to £6 or something on sunday... shame:( still £10 off is a good deal though :)

Mum has just had hers delivered, ordered large Candy Cane and not one single lily and only 4 roses, gift card was blank and many of the cheaper flowers they sent as replacement were broken. Not happy have written complaint.
Hope not everyone who used the code gets the same service!!

That's Awful! I hope you get your money back, whether you used a code or not, they should provide the same level of service.

i think it's cause i got in early - i got free chocolate and free delivery - then with the £10 code and 10% quidco it worked out at £7ish

My mum received hers today and OMG, how impressed we all were. The flowers look very high quality, very presentable and it was very tighly and carefully packaged aswell - not even a single broken leaf.

I am sorry that your mums bunch of flowers were not good.

Got through to live support and they kept me hanging on for 20 minutes without answering my question. I know they use companies local to the delivery address to fulfill the orders but nevertheless the contract is still with them to supply

The order I placed for mothers day flowers with delivery for today haven't been delivered, my order also states 'pending'. What use are mothers day flowers if they can't deliver them on or before mothers day?

I'm trying to find out what is going on (or what isn't going on) with their live chat but they are very slow at responding which isn't very helpful!

After being told 20 minutes ago she was looking into why my order hadn't been delivered 'pixie' seems to have vanished and I'm still nonethewiser!

EDIT: She's just come back and apologised for what has happened (or not) and as a goodwill gesture (what? lol) she has arranged an extra large version of the bouquet I ordered to be sent out to be delivered on tuesday along with a not explaining that it was their fault for the delay in delivering them. It's mothers day today not tuesday but it'll be an extra large bouquet rather than the standard size I ordered costing £9.90 so I can't grumble really!

i ordered mine 3 days ago - for delivery today - and they didn't. they have my email & phone number and the delivery phone number and no contact at all - NOT impressed, not impressed at all.
i got the chat woman - also very slow - offered to upgrade me, i'd already paid for large, offered to include chocolates but i'd already paid for them to - wondered if she was actually looking at my order at all! eventually have agreed they send my order on tuesday, with an explination it's late because of them and a free vase. they refused to offer any financial refund - my only options were a resend or a refund. i asked her to confirm by email and she asked me to wait - then left the conversation. not impressed at all - utter failure

Am still waiting on a response after numerous e-mails, they have no phone number. No flowers delivered and no explanation and live chat ended after the query. They can't be that busy as all they do is forward the order to a local flower shop

i've had the email saying it was delivered on saturday as well (from dhl) - it wasn't, and last night/sunday iflorist confirmed it hadn't been delivered, i've mailed dhl but don't expect much.
i found it really odd there was online help at midnight last night - but none at 11am today - makes me think they're in another country/timezone.
also no reply to my emailes but they do answer online chat/when it's available/even when i've been cut off i start a new chat and someone else answers
can't believe i fell for this voucher code - will never use these guys again

Although I was told last night they would arrange for a larger bouquet would be arranged to be delivered on tuesday as a way of apology I have just had an email stating the flowers were delivered on 2nd april as requested by dhl and have just had a phone call thanking me for the large bouquet of beautiful tulips.

Considering it was only arranged last night I have to say I'm impressed at how quickly they turned this around.

EDIT: Just had a phone call to say that a huge bunch of roses have been delivered today along with a note apologising for the delay in sending out the flowers I ordered. So in the last two days two large bunches of flowers have been delivered for a total cost of £9.90 my mum is chuffed to bits with them.

On mothers day mindset was that I would never use iflorist again but after the way they have compensated a mistake/delay that I don't think was even their fault (but that of the local florists they use) I see no reason for not using them again, the quality of the flowers received are fantastic compared to the half dead ones we usually receive from interflora.

my ones came through fine were really stunning... im sure they will send you a free bunch and a full refund. they did that for me before.

Same service for me here! except i ordered one for my mum and 1 for mother in law, i have only had 1 replacement bunch so far!
