Instructions:I went into my local BHS. I spent £160 on lighting and I got a voucher for £10 off my next home department purchase. The voucher was automatically issued by the till.
The voucher says:
£10 off your next home department purchase,
Valid from 12 October - 01 December 01 2007,
Terms and Conditions apply ask customer service.
I asked the chap behind the till why I had recieved the voucher and he had no idea. He thought it was becuase I had spent over £100.
There are no minumum spend T&C's on the voucher so I went and spent the £10 voucher on an item in the Home deparment for £12 (so it only cost me £2). Later on that day I went back and took my original purchase for a refund as the lights weren't right.
I am not sure if the bloke who did my refund was meant to check anything (not sure how) but I got a £10 voucher for spending nothing.
If you can't be bothered to buy something and take it back, you can still get the £10 voucher for buying somthing you need anyway.
