Instructions:Discount not valid on La Redoute's mini price items, on-trend or online specials nor Vertbaudet's Happy Price items, Star Products, VB2U Online or Web Exclusives.

I receive this by the post today, hope it will work as I didn't test it and useful for someone.

After the digital photo frame fiasco last time (October/November? - last year), I would never use these two companies again - especially if a code is involved.

"Applies to: Full price merchandise from all Spring-Summer 2008 collection before 14th May 2008"

If you find something that is not excluded - will they again choose to ignore/lose your order? OR Will they then say you have to collect it BEFORE 14TH May 2008 to get your £10 OFF? :whistling:

I am getting the same 'error' messages.

Has redoute made its codes customer number specific?

I wouldnt mind so much if they still sent out these codes, nowadays (i.e. for the past year+) I have not recieved a single 'worthwhile' code (i.e. £10 off with no MOV) from laredoute, hence my transactions with them have dropped to 0.
