That's par for the course! Companies like this give online retail a bad name!

Totally agree. Get snail mail and emails on at least a weekly basis now despite me trying to stop them.

Worked a treat - thanks, been a customer of la redoute for years, never had any problems with them, so im happy!!
#7
Be warned, they know who each code has been sent to, and are investigating mis-use of codes at the moment
#8
Fantastic code, many thanks
#9
I've never had any problems with the codes, but la redoute are a crap company, delivery is taking on average a MONTH to me! Staff are rude etc, but at the end of the day I've had some decent freebies, might make a few gift orders for xmas to put away. Cheers OP heated and repped :)

It was obvious who the voucher was from, only a crap company would offer that much discount.

voted hot! just got me a shirt today for free took about 2 weeks to arrive.
#15
Yup hot from me too. A £15 shirt for delivery cost cant be bad.
#16
Brilliant company, never had any problems with them for years!
#17
It could be better to use this than £10 + P&P vouchers in some cases.
BTW, does anyone know of £10 + P&P codes that still work?
#18
thanks, heated and repped.
#19
where do i enter the code?

i went to checkout and it asked for my name, address and card details. i don't want to give my card details incase they charge me for it when i click "Next" after inputting them. so, how do i use the code?
#20
just click next, you can then input your code and confirm your order.
#21
Cheers heat and rep left, been shopping here for years never a problem.
#22
Worst online retailer in the history of the web. Wouldn't use even if everything was free :x :x :x :x
#23
Good luck everyone.. have seen many orders cancelled before
#24
Thanks ordered little daughter some Addidas trainers for £2 plus p&p total £5.45
#25
Voted cold.

Terrible company. Once they have your CC number they'll charge whatever they feel like it - good luck to try and have the money back.
#26
Terrible company, even for a free order I would advise against it, you will probably end up getting charged and have to call them to sort it the mess out (it's what happened to me) and then you get tons of spam through the post (usually at least once a week).

I always use a secondary email account for things like this so it doesnt fill up my personal account then when i get too many junk emails i just ditch the account and start a new one - easy .
#28
Sounds good to me, any item under £15 pretty much free, can't go wrong.
#29
Fantastic! Thank you!
I've NEVER had any bad exp. with them but lot's of free stuff - can't be bad...
I personaly don't care about a snail mail (why should I - goes straight into the bin), use second. email as well, and never ever give my CC details!

Thanks again for the code!

I agree, they did that to me before and wouldn't budge with giving me my money back even when I pointed out that I had only authorised them to take a certain amount!! Hate this company!!
#31
ive had about 15 orders from la redoute and all fine

they knocked me back for using a free delivery code too many times once but all other codes have worked

thanks i just bought some new shoes for £7.45 inc delivery. voted hot :)
#32

Just use the unsubscribe link guys. I haven't had anything since I did. Still get snail mail though.
#34
I have to say I've had plenty of good experiences with them which outweigh the single time they charged me full price for something.

I have plenty of clothes for the impending bubba and £2 to pay on my account :)
#35
i think the code is now expired as it's not taking any discount off today

Me too.

Placed an order and the code took the £15 off when ordering.

On the confirmation e-mail, been charged full price and delivery.

Will phone up and cancel the order tomorrow.

Sorry but don't say you had not been warned.

They'll charge whatever they want and will not budge. I suppose you'll be OK with posting the item back to them and wait for their normal 2-3 weeks refund time (which means one has to cover the CC bill in the meantime :x)

I only ordered it at around 5pm today, so hopefully I should be ok.

I have place 2 orders with this company neither of which ever turned up!!!

But now I get spammed like hell with junk mail!

Funny thing is they did send me the free gift they were offering when you placed a order!!!!! (was only a rubbish bag)!!!!!

Similar story as GU....... I won't be using again!
#40
It seems to still take off the £15 at checkout, and code 6140 seems to work again (for £10 & P&P off);-)
