Thanks for the code stinkybeard :)

Not sure if this will work for everyone..

No luck for me...

Sorry, the code 'XXE51F' could not be accepted. The code may be invalid, could have been mistyped or might be only for use in another store (e.g. you cannot use grocery eCoupons on books orders). Ref: EC01

Nathan

Just do a dummy shop,go to checkout and when there click on "Use vouchers/coupons,insert the code and voucher will be added if valid for you. Then either empty your basket or just leave the site with the items remaining in your basket.HTH.

Nathan

You log in, fill your basket with goods over the value of the minimum spend (ie. in this case £50). Go to checkout, apply the code in the relevant coupons section, but then empty your basket by removing the items from your basket (ie. DON'T complete checkout). The system then "banks" the code and applies it next time you complete a valid order (assuming you acheive the minimum spend again). Hope that helps!

oops! didn't see bazr's reply, doh!

They delivered my wine and charged me the extra £15 saying there was a problem - I've emailed them to come & collect as they never told me beforehand:x

3 emails down the line with promises of 'my local store' contacting me & nada. Rang them up to say that I was going to start charging them storage fees & was asked if I'd been offered the £15 on any of my previous enquiries - obviously not! She told me she would arrange to refund my credit card £20 (as a goodwill gesture) if I wanted to keep the wine, which was OK with me.

TBH - I have NEVER had any problem with Tesco Customer Servicee, and if you raise a grievance, they generally resolve it for you.

On numerous ocassions they have offered refunds for things like incorrect invoicing / late deliveries.

I have banked this code and think I will now try to use ASAP and let you guys know what happens!

I got charged the £15 too sent em back (my delivery was Sunday), couldn't be bothered kicking up a fuss I'll just go to sainsburys instead (20% off 6 bottles was the last I heard!)

Worried now, my wine's being delivered tonight....
£15 off plus the free delivery, plus 5% Quidco and 3% Amex cashback... the wine was all half price in the first place, so I'm really hoping this works out!

When I rang they said that they could see the £15 applied & that there must be some reason for it changing at the warehouse. I explained that I was really annoyed because I never got an email informing me that the discount wasn't being applied & that I would have cancelled. She agreed & gave me the £15 anyway + a fiver as goodwill for all the emails, etc.

Thanks disease - I'll give them a call if (as seems likely) the discount isn't applied.
