Student codes are tied to one account and cant be used on more than one.
Only way to do it would be for a student to get a 2nd card instore for you, and even then you wouldnt be eligible to use it.
#18
So weird that the code is the same - and it works on the very same days as last year.

Hope it works out - but I'm reserved to say the least.
#19
sounds like it could be a winner, especially with student discount and quidco, hot!
#20

You can't use your student discount with this, its an either or.

Also to add again its for one order only, so make sure you have listed everything you want prior to going to the website mainly because if there are a few things you want you are guaranteed to forget something.

Also, if it is going to be the same code as last year (and I'm a bit dubious if it will work!), here are the previous terms:

Terms & Conditions:

1. The 15% discount is valid on transactions made on hmv.com from Wednesday 31st October to midnight Thursday 1st November 2007.
2. Excludes pre-orders, games consoles, games bundles, mp3 players, all accessories (including blank media, speakers and docking equipment, ear phones, CD and DVD wallets, T-shirts and posters), digital downloads, e-Gift certificates and Special Delivery charges.
3. Offer can only be used once per registered account.
4. Offer cannot be used with any other promotion, coupon or discount (including the NUS / HMV Student Discount scheme).
5. Offer can only be used at time of purchase and cannot be used retrospectively.
6. No cash alternative will be offered, and the offer has a cash value of 0.0001p and cannot be transferred or reassigned.
7. Please note that pre-order titles are excluded at the time of launching this promotion, and these will not be updated during the offer period. In terms of this promotion, items due for future release after the 31st October are excluded from the offer.
8. Normal hmv.com terms of purchase and standard refund policy applies. Should a customer receive a full refund from hmv.com in respect of a purchase made under this offer then the relevant E-voucher discount will be deducted from such refund. Should a customer receive a part refund from hmv.com in respect of a purchase made under this offer then the original discount used will be recovered on a pro-rata discount depending upon the number of items contained within a customers order. All refunds will be made onto the customers original method of payment.

My first post so be gentle with me. I was hoping to use this code to get a ds, wii play, 2 wii controlers, 2 numchucks and possibly a wii fit if it's in stock. Looking at the T&C's it looks as though i can't use it. Can anyone recommend a good site that doesn't charge a fortune for postage.

Thanks

If you get the Virgin Credit Card you can get 10% off all purchases, consoles and all.

This is what most people seem to do.

Also why is this expired?, HMV have done this offer at this time for the last two (or possibly even three) years.

It seems likely they are going to do it again this year.
#25
expired before it even starts?
#26

Some ass probably clicked Expire when he\she read that this code was used last year as well not realising that it could be a yearly thing.
#28
I've just spoken to HMV CS and they don't know if they are going to do this. If they do, an e-mail will be sent to everyone before hand, so it's highly unlikely that this will be on the 31st/1st Nov. Will be later if they do decide to do it.

I'm pretty sure that they did 20% they year before.

He could use it, but likewise he could just steal the dvd/game/ curio, still doesn't mean that he should. If HMV wanted to give everyone a ten percent discount they'd simply do that to start with.
