Instructions:This is my first posting so go easy if this has already been posted or if I have left something out. Here is the link:

The weather is getting a wee bit chilly so I will be using this for some wooly socks.

Is this ok to use as it's kind of a corporate invite? What company details are you supposed to enter for example?

P.S> Welcome to HUKD !

No idea, had one about last November, just put down who I worked for at the time and the guy at the till had no problem. In fairness, when I was queueing up, half the folk in the queue had the same voucher

You don't have to enter anything, just print the voucher.

Entering your details is to obtain future offers like this.

So,do you print off from the first screen or click on complete my details and print that off.

Excellent! Thanks for this! :)

It's the most 'non exclusive' exclusive invite I've ever seen. They pulled the same trick last year...everyone thinks they're in a special privileged group (which I reckon encourages them to binge spend), but truth be told everyone's in on the gig & using the voucher!

It's essentially 20% off for everybody...but they just don't want to do it that way as it would look bad!

Don't knock it though...I'll be using my special invite just like the other 55 milion people!

It's a 20% discount which I didn't have before, so it will do me :)

anyone tried this yet?
#18
i had one of these last year, and live in Birmingham one of the branches was great and accepted it but the Bullring store asked what branch i worked for and was quite shirty, i think they realised that they had been leaked to general public, but just be prepared to say you work for another store, not like me who said i worked for one in Sutton, only to be told GAP dont have a branch in Sutton - yes felt stupid!
#19
Voted hot but bare in mind that these vouchers were leaked out last year and a lot of stores were very edgy about letting customers use them if they didn't work for the right companies and some even threatened to call the police if they chose to follow instructions.

:giggle:

That sounded embarrassing!

Worked fine in the Bank branch - no questions asked. Was full of people with the voucher - although most seemed city types. Merryl Lynch is one of the "acceptable" companies, although they accepted mine with no company name on!

Has anyone managed to use this yet, as today is the last day of the promotion?
#23
By the way, came back from Gap earlier buying 4 pairs of jeans and 2 tops for my girl and we received nearly £40 off with the voucher without any questions being asked, so thanks to the OP and i've given you some rep as a thank you.

Cheers. :)
#24

#25
used it earlier in livingston outlet no probs !!!!

You just have to fill out the short form and it takes you to the next page, which you should print out when it tells you but unfortunately the voucher won't be ongoing from tommorow.
#27
omg i missed it !!!

#28
This ends on the 27th of Spetember I believe... or so it says on the clickthrough :)

Yep, that's actually what it stands for, which is why i never touched GAP for how many years but last year, I just thought "why not" since the designs aren't that bad for casual wear but everything else has to be designer. :giggle:

I'm glad to see the voucher is for a whole week and not just over the weekend, as everyone thought before..... if I knew that was the case, I wouldn't of rushed to buy it last night and would of watched the Man UTD vs Chelsea game but I only caught the last 20 minutes because of it. :-(

Just to confirm though, I had no problems using this voucher, so don't worry about last years known problems to use this voucher. :)

GAP originally known as ‘The Gap’ was started in 1969 by Donald Fisher and Doris Fisher. ‘GAP’ does not stand for gay and proud. It's only an urban legend that incorrectly states that it stands for gay and proud.
GAP is a clothing brand that derives its name from the word ‘generation gap’ between adults and children. The Fisher’s were frustrated with the lack of fashionable styles and decent customer services. They decided to come up with their own brand of clothing. ‘Levi’s for Guys and Gals’ and ‘Fall into the Gap’, were two of their early mottos. Around 1982, they decided to focus on the private label clothing and by 1991-92, stopped carrying Levi’s.
GAP Inc. Has approximately 150,000 employees and 3,005 stores spread across the world (Canada, Japan, United States, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom).
