Does anyone know if M&S vouchers (i.e the ones you get when joining sky) can be used when making telephone orders?

True they're more expensive but you're paying for quality. Their higher range bedding is comparable with Dorma etc but much cheaper and lasts for years as opposed to cheaper stuff which goes all bobbly ;)

I don't think you're right about that any more, though I'd agree it used to be the case. M&S are now selling some pretty dreadful stuff (believe me, we've had some) that in reality is no better than Primark. People still pay the higher prices because they think it's better quality.

It also amazes me that they can make so many misdescriptions on their website, which you can only pick up on by reading the reviews added by customers. A pure down duvet, for example, should be just that - not 30% feather!
