  Never had a problem cancelling pre-orders online through 'My Account' on their website. They don't take payment until despatch (may take a nominal 1p to check your card is valid - haven't noticed this before though).
  
  Voucher code is single use per account - you can order multiple items in one order - although this is not clear from their website/Ts&Cs. "Voucher is valid from 10/08/2012 until 23.59:59 on 24/08/2012. Orders must be placed by the stated end date to qualify."
  
  I wanted to pre-order two games, and prefer separate orders (find it easier to track/manage when release dates are far apart). Spoke to their CS, who confirmed single use - and they cannot re-apply the voucher once it has been used - however they did raise a one-off new code for me to the value of 20% of the games I wanted to order, cancelled my existing order, and I then re-placed a single order for both games with the new code.

  i tried this code for borderlands 2, but it didnt work, after emailing them asking why not, i received a phone call saying they had updated it and it should work, but what they didnt tell me was they changed the original price from £32.99 to £39.99, so even after discount i would still be paying more than original price :(
