I got a mattress, it was reduced to £499, so the code took it down to £399 and then I got £30 TCB too as that is sitting at around 8%. So that's £369 for a mattress that hovers around the £550-650 mark online and in stores.

On top of this you can pay 12 months later if you spend enough so the cash is better in my account than their until this time next year.

Beware! I opened an account and made a first order last month. No discount was applied. Twice customer advisors said they would take the discount off but it did not happen. I have been given the run around -told to send a screenshot of the code but given email addresses which did not work then was told there is no email address which customers can use. Then I got my phone bill and have been charged nearly £5 for trying to sort it out. Now I have to post a copy of the screenshot to them.
This was the one emblazoned on their opening page on the web so they knew all about it all along. Disgusting service.

That sounds like a right mare. I think the rule needs to be don't submit the order unless the discount is applied to your basket - while that does not help you, it might help others.

Yes that's right. Don't order unless you see the discount has been taken off.
I did an online chat when no discount was showing. The advisor said to put the order through and she would sort out the discount manually. That did not happen.
I would not have ordered if she did not assure me that I would get the discount.
