Not a bad deal when used in conjunction with the 1000 points for 2 Lancome purchases spend.
#5
gonna combine this with the 1500 extra points for 3 perfume gift sets and maybe the lancomb one too

boots lunches for the next few months!

i think they've taken off the 1500 points for 3 perfume sets offer.

diva: i had the same issue, then realised that my total was not yet £100 (D'uh ...) and once it was made up to £100 it went through ok!

also sometimes i find i have to be logged in before the points code registers.

hope above helps.

i know this is really obvious, but did you check the code carefully, i.e. RBFP56 and in caps?

it's still working for me, so unless you are trying to use the code a second time, i'd call boots customer services. they are usually lovely and can manually stick the points on for you.

good luck!

No, you'll need to go into one of their stores with points machine and get them added on to your account. Also worth looking through their machine deals as there are sometimes good ones on - have picked up some freebies and 350points for £30 spend in store recently, for example.

BTW, their Amtrak delivery guys are rubbish - rude and aggressive. I had one show up today refusing to tell me who the parcel was for then getting into a rage when I would not open the door. This despite me v politely saying that I would be happy to open the door if he would just tell me who the parcel was addressed to. He stormed off with a 'do you want your parcel or don't you', thought better of it, turned back and knocked on my neighbour's door asking if they would receive the parcel instead as I refused to open the door. As my neighbour had opened her door I felt brave enough to open mine too, explaining the situation to my neighbour and apologising to her for the trouble. At this stage the delivery guy is yelling 'I don't care about the name on the parcel I just want to get rid of it, there's no name on the parcel!' and my neighbour seeing how upset I was told the guy that he had already gotten rid of the parcel so he can go now. The irony was that my neighbour then told me that there was a name on the parcel!!

He got himself so worked up, scared me half to death, inconvenienced my neighbour as well, all for nothing. If he had just read out the name on the parcel in the first place I would have opened the door for him and we could have avoided this whole drama. Idiot.

Anyway, complained to Boots who have said they will not be using Amtrak from next year, not just cos of my complaint, but because they have had many complaints about them. Plus given some extra points to spend in store which slightly made up for all the trauma.
