£25 off £50 plus bnpl 2012 @ Very Existing customers

Instructions:not sure if this is customer specific but I got this code from Very &
XV405 from Marshall Ward by letter post.
I order from them every few months & pay up asap & have never had any trouble using codes I receive directly or from on HUKD.
Need to be used before 23rd December 2010 so be quick.
Hope they help you all at this time of year... Merry xmas

the £25 is added as credit to your account by 23rd January 2011, so will come off the bnpl price. So if you buy something for £50 all you'll need to pay is £25 before 2012 to avoid any interest charges.

Also I too had the problem with the Very code but was going to see my statement when it came. Luckily they rang me yesterday to confirm my order had been received & to offer me the bnpl option on the last order. I explained I had applied the code already & they told me I had added the code but it wasn't added to the order so he did it for me there & then. I did notice when I placed the order with Marshall ward a couple of days later something at the checkout. Under each item was a drop down box & you need to pick the bnpl option I rhink to confirm using the code. Never had to do that before so maybe it's something new.
But if you do have any problems with the code going thru just give them a call as they have always been very helpful & sorted it out for me so I cannot fault them at all.

Might give it a try, lately all so far has be account specific

Tried it before ordering but it doesn't take the £25 off, rather it says 14 months BNPL + £25 GBP.

When does the £25 get credited? Anyone know?

Thanks!

Me too, i used a £25 voucher on 4 different accounts and they took it back on each. I thought it was just the £25 ones but they also took back a £10 and a £15 one too. I have been using these codes for years and only now have they started to take them back so just be warned....They also then classed me as being in arrears because of the voucher and took all my credit limit away on 3 of the accounts so i have since closed them...arseholes :)

i rang about it, they know all about the code, said it will be credited after the goods are delivered and after the home approval time. due to the fact they have changed the process of codes so they dont work straight away. well thats what he told me, ill ring up again if i have any problems. also worked on marsall ward too..

I recieved a code via email from them to use online only last week for £20 of a £50 spend. Tried to use it online and it wasn't even accepted. Poor company, even poorer service.

I don't understand why people are having trouble with the catalogues claiming back the voucher amounts. I can only assume it is if people are abusing them with multiple accounts etc. I have used them for years, any problems I have had with codes is always sorted out with a quick phone call.

No problems with codes here I have 2 accounts too only because they merged additions and littlewoods tho. I do try to use the ones I have been actually sent via email as ones on web could be account specific. Should be no problem for new accounts tho.

Answer is in the OP:

"the £25 is added as credit to your account by 23rd January 2011, so will come off the bnpl price. So if you buy something for £50 all you'll need to pay is £25 before 2012 to avoid any interest charges."

As If I knew something like this was going to happen, I kept the phone intact never used, I called up previously twice Informed that the Credit will be applied in January only to be told today that I was not entitled to one as my Confirmation email does not say anything about the discount rather the bnpl. So I have asked for the item to be returned and it will be picked up on Monday...Bunch of thie****
