Direct link to voucher, not loading though. Even its been taken down or Odeon website is temporarily screwed.

Anyone kept the pdf? Any chance someone can upload it elsewhere (or mail it to me and I will)

Was going to the movies today so hope they fix the website soon, otherwise will reschedule.

(Entire website has been down for hours)

Ahhh, I didn't bother to check if the entire website was down!

Hopefully it'll be back up later today.

As expected.

She hadn't seen the voucher before (it started on that day) so she looked at me, looked at the voucher, looked at me, then started reading the fine print on the voucher. Then she gave up, called her team leader, all without saying a word to me, then discussed the voucher with her team leader in detail. During this time they both read it top to toe, then agreed it'd be OK (hesitatingly). She then tried to charge me for two tickets, clearly unable to realise that about 12 quid is not the price of one ticket, then fixed that up to get a total of 4.87.

Finally she put it through then mumbled something about change. After getting her to repeat it twice she said she had no copper and asked if I would accept being short changed. I said no (if nothing else to p*ss her off) so she radioed to someone else, then got me to stand to the side. Heaven forbid she give me 2p more in change than required!

Stubborn by this point I waited, and waited... a few radio calls later without response she eventually got copper off patrons (assumably staff turning up to see films) and gave it to me.

Made me feel REAL good about Odeon.... ;)

I went last night, handed the voucher over and they scanned it through and that was that. No hassle at all. (Cardiff Odeon)

She asked where I got the voucher from and told her on Odeon's website, she said she'd go and get a few for herself. Staff discount must be rubbish!
