Yup... combined with 11% QuidCo, and Double Reward Card points on all pre-orders, you can get some really cheap bargains with this voucher.

Don't forget too, that if you pre-order & the price goes up, you pay the price on the day you ordered, however, if the price goes down they honour the lower price.

Thanks OP :-D xx

will this work in conjunction with game points?

yeh i think it should
#10
I love these codes.. the thing is (not sure if this is what simonts was asking) you can't use a code and redeem points in the same order.. although tbh, I've been saving my points until such time as there's no codes available

:)

Mario Galaxy is only £27 preorder @ Virgin anyway - best going there (there is also a 10% discount for Virgin Credit Card holders)

If it is anything like the similar offers earlier this year then, yes, you can use on pre-orders and, yes, you can use it as many times as you wish.

[I have a pre-order for "John Woo presents Strangehold" [PS3] that I am planning to cancel tomorrow & re-order with the discount :)]

Now I have to decide Mario Galaxy or Mario and Sonic Olympics (maybe I'll have both ;) )

Just found I have over £6 in reward points - then theres quidco, plus double reward points on pre-orders.
I think I might get both if I can use the code twice. ;)

Don't forget GAME offers 11% QuidCo on software (game) titles, plus the extra benefit if you are a Reward Card customer.

VirginMegastores do not offer QuidCo at all.

(I think I mentioned this already)

Don't forget the free T-shirt with pre-orders of "Mario & Sonic Olympics" [Wii] at GAME.

i'll be preordering tomorrow aswell.

11% quidco on top of that should bring it down to just over £30 total.

A reward card costs £3, urk! The only time I have ever bought a game from GAME was last year when they had Burnout Revenge cheaper than anywhere else. They are still pricey with £5 off.

I'd rather get COD4 Pre Ordered from Soft UK as I have points to use with them.

Agreed, although every once in a while that do seem to try and compete price-wise with other stores. Not often enough for my liking though.

TBH I've never really understood why people shop at Game. They usually charge £5-10 more per game and 'reward' people for shopping there by giving them about a pound back on their store card!!! Result!! :whistling:

Still, it's a great deal for those that do choose to shop there so heat added. :)
#26
preorders are only 30 quid with this code, rewards points and quidco, you also get the game a few days earlier, thats why i choose to shop here, great code. some stuff is pricey though
#27
To be fair Game.co.uk is always a good 20% cheaper than GAME instore which coupled with this vouchers makes some of their deals pretty good value. Although you can get cheaper at SoftUK they don't always supply PAL copies and some stores (GAME, Gamestation) won't take them as trade, CEX do but then CEX smells of mouldy biscuits so I'd prefer not to go in there unless I have to...

Yeah, it's very rare they have anything cheaper than you can find on find-games. It has never been worth my while to buy a reward card. I don't bother trading in as most of the time I can make more by selling my games on ebay after I'm done with them.

I bought "Ninja Gaiden Sigma" [PS3] for £19.99 (excluding QuidCo & Reward Card points) with one of these voucher offers a few months ago.

Also bought "Colin McRae: DIRT" [PS3] in the Limited Edition tin for £34.99 online (again, excluding 11% QuidCo & points) using the same voucher code. This title is £49.99 in-store.

It's not that rare with these vouchers. Call of Duty 4 on PS3 and Haze on PS3 are 39.99 at Game the cheapest using find-games is 36.49 or 36.85 both at softUK. Use a voucher for a fiver off and game is cheaper - get reward points of 2.5%, or 5% on pre-orders and a further 11% quidco. SoftUK only give 4% cashback (orders over 19.99) and 4% quidco.

Game will also deliver early and the UK version. Granted without these vouchers they are generally a waste of time but with the vouchers they can be great.

You actually mean Ninja Gaiden for the PS3 was actually lower than £39.99. Certainly isn't now, even online. lol. I will buy this when it's more reasonable or hoping someone will buy it for me for xmas.
#32
Can this be used more that once?

e.g Can you buy two items, separately and get £10 overall?

Yes, it was on offer than week.

However, it is presently just under £30 at all of these online sites:

101CD.com & BlahDVD.com (both £29.95) & Play.com (£29.99).

Don't forget to mention QuidCo to Santa...

I can't think of anything I haven't already pre-ordered with previous vouchers.

Still I've had (and still have) some big bargins with codes from GAME. Last of my big savings will be Alan Wake for £19.99 when it's released :).
