Instructions: There is an offer from EDF energy with following details -

To qualify for this offer you need to be
a.an existing Dual Fuel or Electricity Only customer of EDF Energy
b.not have any outstanding debt on your account(s) with EDF Energy
c.not claimed a £30 Energy Shop Voucher within the last 12 months

The terms n condition says -

1.1. The provision of the £30 online shop voucher is subject to you:
a.a. taking a supply of Electricity or Dual Fuel under an EDF Energy Supply Agreement and continuing to be supplied by EDF Energy for a period of 12 months from the date of claiming the £30 Energy Shop Voucher (for the avoidance of doubt this offer is available to both new and existing EDF Energy customer who meet the requirements set out in these terms and conditions); and
b.b. claiming the voucher either through responding to a Telegraph reader offer, from The Daily Telegraph or Sunday Telegraph, by email or Direct Mail via www.telegraph.co.uk/edfenergy, or calling our call centre on 0800 015 8863 or via www.edfenergy.com
