Is this only contract phones?

Altough Not Clarified By Op, Seems That Way To Me - To Be Honest, The Website Doesnt Appear To Have This Deal On Any More Anyway - Had A Big Yellow Advert At Bottom Corner On Saturday. Looks Like We Missed Out - Wish The Op Had Made Instructions A Bit Clearer.

That comes up on the contract phones tab if you go to the address suggested but don't know if it works or not!
#7
Sorry for bumping this thread, BUT is this really possible to get with Quidco, has anybody tried it?

anyone?

anyone?

yep it works

Hi Mark,

could you confirm more about how this works?

choose You at work appears to be a business that assists companies.

Do you 1) go to quidco, 2) click on dial-a-phone, 3) once on the dial-a-phone site, edit address to say http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/youatwork/, 4) then add the phone etc as usual?

thanks!
#11
so have people had quidco/topcashback as well as youatwork PAID?
#12
So basically are you saying that you can get the £45 off plus the quidco cashback ? Is this from any deal on the dialaphone site or just the deals on the youawork page ?
#13
does this work this then ?

if you click the link via quidco it goes to

http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/buyat1/

so i doubt it would work
#14
So did this work for people ? I am about to do it now and I would love to know if works 100%
#15
BONUS.... if it works... gunna give it a go anyway
#16
I did RAF, quidco and this 45 voucher thingy
1. RAF tracked
2.Quidco tracked as well
3.Received a message on my mobile that my contract is entitled for an automatic cashback and it would be paid before 20 march(i placed an order on 8th of Feb for more clarity of what i am talking about)...

hope this info helps for someone.
regards,
Bally.
#17
Bally, what is raf?
#18
Can you please explain how you did this?
Which order you done the quidco link and when you put in the you at work link?
Thanks
#19
I think he means "refer a friend"
#20
Yeah RAF mean Refer A Friend. If you already had a contract with DAP you give that no and tell them that you were recommended by a friend and the account which referred you would receive a 20GBP.
Process is simple
1. Open quidco page and log in to your account then click on dap, browser then bring up dap home page.
2. in the same window dap home page, remove the url and paste the url http://www.dialaphone.co.uk/youatwork/
3.select the deal you wish and proceed to checkout
4. in the final section of checkout you can give the no of your friend who would receive a 20gbp as RAF.
RAF worked in my case because my wife was already a member so she recommended me so the 20GBP stays within my family.
hope this info helps.

I ordered a phone yesterday.

1. Went to quidco, logged in, went to dialaphone through the necessary link
2. When I got to the site I deleted the /buyat1/ part of the url and changed it too youatwork/
3. When the page reloaded it said I had come through Barclay's site and was eligible for £45 cashback. (in fact I think it said that on every page from then on)

The quidco has tracked, no mention of the £45 so I'll let ya all know how that goes.
#22
Quick update: I just logged into dial-a-phone and had a message stating that "we are aware that the automatic cashback on this order is still outstanding, it will be paid to you by 28th March".

Ooooooh! :)
#23
i have just given this a go (well last night actually) using the methods described in this thread. i will let you all know how it goes. the quidco tracked almost straight away, just waiting on the extra £45 now.
#24
mine has not worked.

quidco tracked,
youatwork/ worked.

next day quidco declined.

whats going on.
#25
Dial-a-phone declined my Quidco as well and I have requested Quidco to investigate it again. !!

Thanks for the update. I was just wondering where did you find your youatwork payment? do you get notified by email or in your dialaphone account or somewhere else entirely?

the documentation i had received from DAP along with phone, stated that i am entitled for a 45pounds auto cashback. Also after 14 days cooling off period ihad received a text message and also an email that 'DAP is aware that i am entitled for an automatic cashback(my deal does not have any auto cashbacks though)'. It was paid to me through BACS. I could find the status of it on the statement section after logging into dap website.

Cheers for the reply. Hmmm, never received that documentation about the cashback nor a text message. Worth ringing them about it perhaps? Still waiting on the quidco to validate as well.

Just got my quidco validated due to be paid next month. So I guess you can depend on this. But i would warn as other members had problems with their quidco being declined.

But if you follow the procedure correctly you would get all. Better clear all the cookies before you place an order. I would normally place the orders through Chrome browser while for regular browsing i use mozilla or IE. Chrome is solely used to place an order and never use it for regular browsing just to make sure that cookies doesnt clash.

hope this helps.

It doesn't actually say, so it should be for any purchase via the youatwork link.My purchase was a PAYG . My quidco validated, however I recieved no email or text regarding the £45. It is now 42 days since I recieved my phone so I've emailed them to find out where my £45 quid is.
Fingers crossed.

I guess its only for contract phones else people will start buying like crazy. They wont pay us 45 pounds for a 20 pound hanset+quidco+10% discount using metro code...haha...If they start doing it then they would probably go bust.......I used to work for DAP but they have now closed all the outbound and Inbound sales dept since almost 2yrs now..everything is now mailorder i guess.....
#36
Got the £45 paid into my bank account today - contract was signed up on 27th Feb. Heat added!
#37
Has anyone received both quidco and the £45 cashback?

both worked for me
#39
I'm thinking of doing this tonight and getting the cookie t-mobile deal. Just wondering how many people that read both Quidco thread and this one have got there £60 and YAW £45?

thanks
#40
Hiya,

Just tried this out so fingers crossed it works! If not, I still got a pretty good deal I think. For £25 a month, I got unlimited texts and 600 mins on o2, plus phone, plus wii and wii fit and wii sports, plus the quidco. I have an iphone, so just going to sell the phone to make it even cheaper!!!

Thanks OP, top post! xxx
