£5 off works for me, but although it says triple points it is only giving me double!

I just had a look at the checkout screen and it gives you 2 lots of points in the discounts and promotions sections and then if you look further down the page to where the Total points is shown the 3rd lot is included in that total.

One thing I did notice was that the two lots of points in the 'promotions' section is calculated on the full price of any sale items - quite a nice points haul can be made for those items still on clearance.

Hope this makes sense

Don't forget for those of you that are adding the sim card for free delivery that you can select premium delivery for free and thus able to choose your delivery slot instead of waiting in all day for delivery. This normally costs £6.85 i think.

Couldnt use the £5 off £20 on direct, and the 500 points, so opted for the 500 points and add a sim to the basket to take back - ta for the heads up on the sim thing.

Everything i bought as below - major bargain.
Using the sim works out better than the £5 off £20 anyway, as premium delivery is £6.85 :)

Bloody bargain!

653 clubcard points = £26.12 in deals - then ill get £3.47 back when i take the sim back.
And, im sort of sneakily hoping some of the 75% off stuff goes OOS before i get my delivery, as you get what you paid, then the 75% off too!
I could end up quids in here!

They're nice, aren't they?! :-D Good idea with the crimbo pressies! I just bought 2 for myself... no one will ever notice I have the same clock in two rooms & that they were effectively less than £1 each :giggle:

With your clubcard points cant remember how many exactly you got, but i remember 50.
50 clubcard points = £2 in deals, so you got them and the cutlery for like 96p! Bargain!

Yeah, they are nice, ive bought 2 as xmas presents, and one for myself :)
£5.79 delivered - and around 50 clubard points, so ill minus the £2 off so £4ish!
I also got a bargain!

Thanks works perfectly
Cheers

what if i order sim4travel sim card for £29.99, along with other bits, do i get points on this then when i take back they just credit my credit card with £29.99 ? (free delivery on this to !) and I still get to keep all points that the sim card got me !!

If you return an item for a 100% refund and you"ve used a code for 500 extra points you may find ,depending how keen the customer service person is that the points get removed. They are meant to write the till reciept number on their copy of the refund ,if someone in the offices checks the order and sees a bonus points voucher and you"ve had the item refunded you should in theory loose the points.
Worth a try though ....

Oh my gosh! I have £1.06 validated in quidco this morning!! They calculated it based on the price before sale. So it's only costing me 15p. :-D

How do you get free delivery AND the five pound off
#37
Ive placed 3 orders with tesco direct this week.

Sadly, ive forgot quidco in my hurry each time, wonder how much i would have got, bet it would have been a bit!
As i remember one order was quite large before the discounts took place :-(

You can collect in store or add a tesco value sim to your order which then allows you to pick a premium deliver slot... It seems people take them back in store after they've received them for a refund... I've just opted for store collection with my order :)
#39
Lol just checked my quidco & £1.01 & £1.10 have both validated for my orders :-D (orders cost 2.94 & £1.48!)

I also bought these... ££1.48 for two kingsize valances! Fantabulous lol
