Havent had one for a long time...

Thanks Antj87 :)
They could take 10% off of everything, and you would still be able to find the same items online for less. Voted cold i'm afraid.
the worst shop ever expensive and terrible customer service AVOID
the worst shop ever expensive and terrible customer service AVOID

A bit of a generalised statement, surely that depends on which store and the staff working there? I work at the Preston branch and we give exceptional customer service in the vast vast majority of cases. As with anywhere the occasional hiccup, but we rectify any problems to the best of our ability.
i disagree too,

some of their on-line special offers are really good. I saved 20 quid on my wireless router over everyone else and it was in stock 2 minutes down the road from me.

still dont quite understand the web price with collect from store.

I pre booked the router on the web with 40% discount. Went to the store and got it and took it to the checkout, sure enough it went through at full price, gave the web price voucher in and bang 40% off.

why not just put it on the shelf at 40% off, ship loads more out of the door that way.
Can you use this with store pickup?

If so the web prices are normally very competative and an extra 5% may make the difference.
Dont think so. When you use the option for collect in store there is no discount box to create the discount.

I dont see why not, ask them to take 5% off when you are going through the till instore.
