  Once you register your card online, your V-card number becomes your voucher code. Can use as many times as you like (up to £1000 total spend)!

  Have you checked the expiry date on the card?
  
  If anyone wants one, but does not have a bar nearby, you can use Varsity Machester, who will post one out for an extra £1 - so that is £3 total.

  Just phoned play, my card isnt working either, and they said theres nothing they can do as its not issued by them. And said I would have to contact Varsity....dont think theyll be able to shed much light to be honest. Damn, i relied on this card so much!

  I was thinking of applying for a varsity card, have you guys got your card fixed?
  I found this on the varsity website, so maybe the people with problems have already spent £1000 on play.com with the card?
