  be warned my bank have provisionally take full amount from my account.I spent £130 minus 50% so £65 means I now cant go supermarket today :x(theyve taken full £130)

  I understand that they provisionally apply for the full amount until your order is processed and then they debit the discounted amount - you should call their customer helpline just to check when this is likely to be, then you might have a chance to nip into the supermarket later.

  Fluff, as far as i can remember Bargaincrazy do refund the discount as a separate transaction ( lx direct are the same ).

  Certainly the way LX Direct work, but they're usually pretty quick to refund so you don't even notice until you see the ins & outs on your statement.

  No luck so far their phone number is simply diverting calls as busy.Noticed on one of items I ordered picture is wrong compared to great universal site and its impossible to see detailing on another.
  Wont be using these again.Have had to email in.Hope I dont get charged postage

  Got through this morning.They are really quite rude.Refused point blank to chase order up to cancel it:x .Been billed full amount.Say i'll have to return despite 2 of items having wrong pics on website.Avoid this company.Thats me now skint till tuesday as theyve overcharged me.

  i received a delivery yesterday and had been charged full price but I phoned up last night and they were very nice and refunded the difference, maybe it depends on who you speak to on the phone.
