Last time they did this deal it was great. I ordered a load of stuff, half of which I didn't really need and when the bill came through they charge me full price for some items and silly prices (45 pence for a pair of £10 shorts etc..) for others. So i kept the silly price items and returned all the full price gear!! woo hoo, can't say it will work this time of course though!! Voted hot, hot, hot x

Incompetent bunch wouldn't touch them with a barge pole as you are likely to get burnt.

Agreed.

£100 off £100 wouldn't be enough for me - since they (illegally) charge what they like anyway - regardless of what you've agreed to pay.

Says this in the T&C's of my email, which is why I didn't post it. Will it matter though?

"Order Codes are valid for the named addressee only and cannot be transferred. "

Yeah Redoute are a real pain. Bought one thing off them 6 months ago and I get junk in the post at least once a week since. Never stops no matter how many times I ring up *and* I ticked the box to not receive stuff when I signed up.

My email said the same, and I rather suspect it might indeed matter - you could end up being surcharged, Littlewoods style.

Isn't Redoute now part of Littlewoods anyway? I see there was an OFT decision on a proposed takeover.

I wouldn't order from this "company". They made so many mistakes with my orders they just aren't worth the hassle. I'd recommend people stay well away.

used them a week ago and they were fine. You can return the items you don't want for free and are automatically refunded without any questions or having to do anything. Returning is easy since someone from the courier company they work with just shows up whenever you want them to and picks the items up.
If you want a replacement item for the ones you return (different size, colour, totally different item) you just ring them and ask for it (delivery is free if you are returning something).
And quality of clothes is very nice!
I'd recommend buying items that cost exactly £100 that will give you a 50% discount and keep the 1 or two items that you actually want and return the rest. That's what I've done and you'll definitely be refunded without any questions about the £50 voucher.

Great deal!

i placed two orders using the same code but differen email addresses. Has anyone tried this before??

I got both email confirmations ok but not sure if any money has came off my card yet so fingers crossed!

I bought a baby bath which they charged at full price £40 but then everything else was charged at really silly prices like a baby nest normally £21.99 was only £2.49! So hopefully should I be able to return the bath + get a full credit for it??
