Instructions:Terms & Conditions
This FREE trial offer expires on 30/06/2007. Offer only valid for first-time subscribers to LOVEFiLM.com or any other LOVEFiLM International operated service. Offer may not be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and is limited to one per household. The free trial expires 21 days after registration or when we send you your 7th DVD rental, whichever is the sooner. A valid credit/debit card is required to redeem the offer. The registration process includes providing a current e-mail address, password, home address (so LoveFilm.com can send out the DVDs), credit or debit card details (to verify identity) and creating a selection of at least 10 titles. Only users who have fully completed the registration process to sign up for the free trial will receive their £10 Boots voucher. Your Boots vouchers will be dispatched within 30 days of registration. At expiry of the free trial period, credit/debit cards will be automatically billed for the monthly subscription fee based on the package selected, unless subscription has already been cancelled. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, however, no refunds or credits will be given for partial monthly subscription periods. Visit http://www.lovefilm.com for full terms and conditions.

To be honest Gaia the various codes in the forums for 3 months free trial are far better than 6 free rentals and anybody would be well advised to go with those codes.one of which is LFZZ98762.

^ especially when it has a time limit of 21 days anyway. Plus quidco is better than a boots voucher.

Never noticed time limit :p

I think i vote cold myself now ;)

Free trials are obviously great as you're not paying anything, but our experience with love film was poor- all the discs were knackered and their customer services are clueless. Make sure you cancel well in advance too as they have a habit of making "Admin errors" and renewing your subscription without your permission..... Well that was our experience anyway :)

...and on that note. For those that are not aware, in order to cancel membership with LoveFilm you must phone them up to request cancellation. You can no longer do it simply by clicking a link in your account.

This is so they can get a "customer service agent" to try and convince you not to go. He/she will try and tempt you with a month or two more of free membership but you can simply refuse, they will sound disappointed (as in start speaking to you through gritted teeth) and then put the cancellation request through. A few mins after the end of the call you'll receive email confirmation of the cancellation

Thanks for the pointer :) It's an okay deal as long as you cancel as above!

I've always found that cancelling subscriptions is not as straight forward as it sounds!!! I'd avoid deals like this.

Not strictly true,as i have just cancelled a trial yesterday purely online.I have read that if you do it after 10.00 pm then thereis no problem.I cancelled at 7.30 am,so it may also be before their office opens on a morning.:)
