Thanks for this edi

If you order anything from Pixmania be warned that the items are sometimes sourced from France so manual and power leads (they usually include adaptor plug) may be French.
Cheers

Thanks Cat & gari189 :santa:

Gari189 :- I bought a Canon camcorder few years ago from pixmania. Manual was certainly in English & the power leads were to British standards. The one I bought early this year from Dixons had the Asia format adaptor and on complaining Dixons gave a UK multiadaptor for free.

Only thing I'm worried about Pixmania is their customer service which isnt very poor but isnt great either.

This is driving me mad!! Can someone tell me how I remove Zen Engagement from my basket. There is an option to remove it. I've got rid of the VIP card but no matter what product I choose over about £100 it automatically adds Zen Engagement and there is no option to remove it anywhere.

In Your basket - click on 'Find out more' under Zen icon - a new page appears - scroll down (quite a long list) and tick 'I do not subscribe to the Zen Engagement'.
Do not forget to use Quidco. :)

Just to reiterate what has been said above, I ordered a Sony sound system from Pixmania which I received yesterday and it only had the European plug and didnt have a British Power lead. It also didnt have an English manual which is slightly frustrating though I'm sure Sony have the facility to download them from their website.

All the writing on the box was in English but no manual and no Mains Adaptor basically.

Very cheap prices though on the upside

Customer Service and Aftersales is APPAULING! Many stories of how bad they are on the internet. Google Pixmania Problem.

I am writing my success story up with them how ever to post around - of how I got a full refund on my camera 23 and a half months after purchase though!
