I also managed to sneak in an order, but when entering credit card details the database went crazy. :)

At the end the shopping cart said something to the effect of congratulating me on a successful order and the order appears under the "my account", but I'm not sure if payment has been taken.

The problem is I still haven't received an email confirmation and the site did not transfer me to the Visa/Mastercard site to enter further security details (as is the norm nowadays).

Could you confirm whether if you're received an email and entered security details on a Visa/Mastercard secure site?

I went through PayPal instead of CC I'm afraid and got my PayPal confirmation through almost instantly (after about 20 goes at refreshing the pages!). No email conf from MB tho and the order is shown in my account, like your good self...

Now, the waiting game...!

Thanks for the reply. Did you get an email from Memorybits confirming the order though? Their servers are probably a bit bogged down cos I can't even get a "reset login password" email from them even though it says it has been sent out.

They've taken my money from Paypal 20 mins ago but no email confirmation for the order or a 'welcome' message. Is this usual?

EDIT: see that I'm not the only one. Should be ok.

I hate seeing this bit. Surely it implies that stock may not be available?
