Instructions:Request even number of tickets - I did 2, of entrance only tickets. it will come up £15.00 for first ticket + £1.50 booking fee, then £0.00 for second ticket + £1.50 booking fee! No postage either. BARGAIN! I was only messing around with a code for previous listing, which didn't work for Brum. Enjoy and get absolutely plastered!

Aagghh don't say that I was really looking forward to the VIP bit !! Have you rang them to see what they say ??

rang them yesterday, they knew all about the code and even quoted this website to me

they said that the booking system didnt allow a reduction in vip tickets, hence the reason why only standard ones recieved. This is funny as when you complete to checkout without entering the code the screen and ticket descriptions are identical.

Not sure we can do a lot, in fact woman on the phone was amazed i had a ticket saying free adult, as she was adamant there was no such thing.

Any ideas, were we missold?, can we act ignorant to it all and see if they will honour the vip tickets we actually booked?

or should we just be thankful we got tickets on the front row to see gordon ramsey cook, and entry to the show for just £30 rather than the £50 it should have cost??????????

my tickets came to £29 for 2 adults (for VIP) I haven't received them yet but obviously some of you have, do the standard tickets you have still allow entry into the supertheatre because if you book standard tickets on the website they don't ????
