The following selling classes only are eligible for the discount: F, A, J, C, D, R, I, W, E, T, Y, B, H, K, L, M, V, S, N, O, Q and G. To identify the selling class of a flight, click on the flight number.
[*]The promotional code is only valid for bookings of up to 9 passengers.
[*]Only one booking per voucher can be made.

[*]The voucher is valid from all UK airports from which BA operates but cannot be used for a return flight domestically.
[*] The promotion does not apply to travel on any BA franchisee or alliance airline, or any flight operated by a codeshare partner.
[*] Discounts are available on flights only, and are not valid for discounts on hotels, car rental or experiences. The promotion code cannot be activated on bookings containing these elements.
[*] Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. Outbound and return flights must be booked at the same time. Promotional travel must be purchased, ticketed, started and finished in the UK. [*]Bookings must be made online at www.ba.com. The discount is not available for bookings made through other channels, for example at the airport.
[*]Promotional travel is subject to availability and capacity control. There is no guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets on your preferred flight. Certain flights may have very limited or no availability on certain dates because of existing bookings. No stop-overs are allowed.

Thanks - this is useful. Could you advise whether they just handed out the vouchers, there was a sign or was it personally sent to you?

I'm just trying to understand how they can verify whether you attended? For example, if I were to attend as a guest of someone...

Good deal if you don't mind taking a risk

..and that's it. I travel on business and it's just too much of a risk. They must have lost loads of customers even if just on a holiday. There are often so many other associated costs with hotels etc. and so I'm sure people prefer to pay for a more reliable carrier at the moment. Having said that my last trip with BA was very good service, closer to some of the other carriers I use so would def. consider them once this strike stuff is over. Willie just pay the staff and move on mate...

£100 doesn't really make much of a difference when British Airways long haul fares are so expensive anyway. As an example, return flights to Bangkok in October with British Airways are £697.00 before discount. A direct flight with EVA Air is a mere £445.00. Even after discount, I would still end up being close to £150.00 worse off, plus there's a chance that further industrial action could affect my travel plans!

Just try booking a flight to Barbados for the qualifying period. You'll find BA and Virgin are almost the same price, give or take a couple of pence. £100 saving here by applying the voucher. It just depends on your destination and the volume of airlines serving that route.

Still a good deal. As the destination I would like is not available direct through any other Flight Operator, they are all via flights, so this £100 off is great. Nice find, even though I can not make use of it.

you could give me a free ticket on BA for the next couple of months and I would nt take it. They are still in dispute with the unions this is a buyer be ware voucher!

£300 return to New York is good right during september?

My friend is BA crew, even she has booked her holiday flight with another company this summer just in case, that says it all for me!

Perhaps they have already lost their travel perks for participating in industrial action, hence the position taken ?

It's printed on the flyer. The standard response to the above would probably be "I went as a guest of a friend/work/etc". If you want to know more about the taste of london, the links will be above.

However I'm assuming anyone utilising this code, will of course follow the t&c's

Nope she is not in the union, she does not want to take the chance of getting stranded.

They are already the highest paid cabin crew in the world. Why do you think they deserve more money? The benefits that were taken away from them should never ave been given to them in the first place.
