The email says;
Sunday Mirror Tulip Offer
CODE: BQR-1055-10stems
Size:10 tulips stems FREE with promotional code
1 14.90 (GBP)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Order Level Coupon Discount: 14.90 (GBP)
Subtotal: 0.00 (GBP)
Delivery (UK Mainland Delivery): 4.90 (GBP)
Tax: 0.00 (GBP)
Net Total: 4.90 (GBP)

So it looks like £4.90 but i kinda assumed they would take your card details (which they didnt!) and charge when your order was sent as it seems like a lot af hassle to try and get them if you are one of the 20,000..

Will wait and see but as i said top offer, rep left...

hi - how do i get to posts to find t he blimp? sorry been searching and cant get there.
#14
I think they've changed it now so it comes up as £0.01 which means you need to enter your credit card details
#15
I have been trying to order these for about 20 minutes!! Won't let me enter delivery method. I am on the live help but all I keep being told is they are sorry for delay and will be with me in a minute because the technical team are looking into it. Anyone had more luck?
#16
Not working for me it says choose delivery mthod , as i understand it they had tech issues which let people have free delivery when you was suppose to pay so they are now in the middle of changing this :x
#17
Same problem here and I had a stroppy person on live help so guess lots of people trying LOL does anyone know if this is limited to one per household ???? Thanks & good luck
#18
Its now working but charge for delivery ;(
#19
£5 gets you a decent bunch of tulips at the supermarket (with change) - was great for free though
#20
True but still did it well paid £7.51 so getting them sent to belgium now which is Fab as my Mum is away mothers day and will make her Very happy ...so bargain for flowers sent abroad //(*_*)\\ well thats if it happens ?? any can get on with my day now LOL
#21
Well live help she is usless , claims that free delivery was available for a short period , but now you have to pay , yeah thats fair

Others get it free and others pay , makes a lot of sense...great way for them to gain customers is to annoy others

I dont think ill bother , 10 tulips for a fiver , which most will probably be dead , sooner go in a shop and pick them myself lol
#22
Nice one - Thanks!
#23
Its gone, would not do it for me good luck to all who ordered
#24

It says on the first page that this offer is only available for delivery to uk mainland, Be interested to see if they turn up in belgium
#26
Done thanks - took awhile but I got there in the end
#27
Need to sort their delivery charges. £4.90 for UK Mainland and if you don't live on the Mainland ie Northern Ireland which is still part of the UK you are expected to pay £15 delivery classed as International Delivery non-UK. Something seriously wrong there!
#28
Thank you - just sorted out another cheapy Mothers Day pressie
#29
Thank you. Ordered two bunches, one in my name and one in my husband's. I'm always a bit dubious about ordering flowers without being able to see what you're getting, had a couple of bad experiences in the past so hope they're nice flowers.
#30
Now says its expired, thanks anyway
#31
its telling me
THAT COUPON HAS BEEN USED THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TIMES (MDAYFREE873)

never mind thanks.

Anyone else get theirs yet ?

This is what my receipt says:
Delivery Date 02 March 2008 Mothers Day
Your Message Happy Mothers Day!

The incompetent buffoons delivered it today, with the message "Happy Birthday" :-(

Thats pointless mothers day flowers a week before Mothers day!
Probably be dead by Sunday :w00t:
Least it learns people not to order from the company again as they cant even get delivery dates right or messages.

I got an apology from them, they said the local florist screwed up. I was offered a £5 voucher, or a redelivery on the correct date. I took the latter.

My flowers arrived today when I asked for them to arrive on Saturday. At least mine had the right message on them but like you say they'll be way past their best by Sunday. They're nicely wrapped but don't look anything like the picture and they arrived sealed in a box with no water, what if nobody had been in to accept the delivery, they would be sat in the post office dying! I am not happy!! I am going to contact them about it. Has this happened to anyone else?

Just had a conversation with them via an online chat as you can't ring them. Initially they tried to fob me off by saying that they didn't guarantee delivery on your chosen date! So I said, why would a company deliver flowers meant for mother's day 5 days before the event and was I expected to give my mother dead flowers! I was then offered a £5 voucher and then a £10 voucher which I said I didn't want as I wouldn't be ordering from them again. Finally after much pushing, they agreed to re-deliver.
If this has happened to you, you need to keep on at them and they will eventually agree to re-deliver. I certainly won't be ordering from them ever again. Let's see if the re-delivered flowers turn up as promised!

surprise, surprise, no they didn't turn up! What an absolute joke! The whole reason I ordered flowers online was because I'm on crutches and can't get out & about at the moment and my husband was away skiing. Thought it would make life easier, how wrong I was! We had to rush around the shops trying to find some half decent flowers at the last minute! I will contact them again tomorrow but starting to wonder now whether I can be bothered with all the hassle.
What happened with your flowers?
