  Its normally the same code they use for everyone, but they know who should have it matched to there account. If you have not had an email or a letter from them with the code then it wont work

  Don't get stressed with me!?? Blimey, the code should have worked for all - it even says that on the page I have - 'one use per person of this code' - I don't know why it didn't, maybe too many people had spotted it before I posted it.
