#2
no idea - I registered as a new customer & it worked for me :)
#3
I was already an existing customer and it worked for me - ordered Tomb Raider:Aniversary for PSP delivered for £8!

Voted Hot and hoping they honour it :o)

Don't forget 6% Quidco too!

Hi, Be aware that they reserve the right to dishonor discount codes and do dishonor them where discount codes are either not issued to customers or are used by existing customers. Tried a similar code on a recent order and whilst the order dispatched the discount code that was successfully applied on their web-site it'd not shown on my credit card statement. Was charged full price for the order.

Hope this helps.

I'll be cancellling my order if they charge me full price :whistling:
#6
In my experience, they probably won't send it, and even if they do, their prices are more than £25 more than other places.
#7
not for a newly-released DS game :P
#8
To take advantage fully you could always use this code XX085 (from voucher section) for an extra 10% off, stackable with the previous. £30.50 down to £1.50 :D

Agreed they probably wont honour it but you've got to try havn't you :)

Got a brevel sandwich maker for £4 delivered, cant argue with that ;)

Cheers for the info

Can you cancel a littlewoods order online?

Have been trying to cancel something that the discount isn't showing on and can't seem to find out how. I did email, but we all know what that's like (just as bad as ringing).

Do I have to ring them to cancel the item?
#11
Excellent - Sonic and The Secret of the rings for the Wii for £10 - voted HOT
#12
just used the xx085 code aswell to get the xbox live 12 month subscription for £15.50!!!! GREAT!

Don't forget 6% quidco aswell like i did!
#13
Doesn't work if you spend £25, you need to spend over £25 but not sure how much. Another site seemed to imply it was spending over £30 would allow it.

Do Not Phont To Cancell Order Discount Will Be Given On Delievery Never Ring To Cancell At All
#15
You may all get charged the full price and will take ages to get a refund sorted if at all. Do a search here.
#16
Gone for it as an existing customer, now lets see what happens with this code.
#17
Hope this works, as I have just bought a pair of Ben Sherman shoes for my son. (School shoes). They worked out at £8.00 not forgetting 6% Quid Co!

Heat and rep added!

Littlewoods are well known for showing discount on website, then charging full amount to your credit card. I'd like to hear from someone who's received their order and checked their credit card statement and got the discount, before I order.
#19
just declined the code for me (existing customer).

if i get charged the full amount then i'll just send the items back
#21
Screen printed showing what I agreed to pay, if they take anymore surley thats crimnal ?

Also we shouldnt be held responsible for issues in there invocing system.

I ordered something from Littlewoods, using a 10% off voucher and a £25 quid off voucher and I was charged the full amount on my card. Then about a week later, they automatically refunded the amount extra.

I think it's their policy to charge full amount first then refund the discount. Don't worry if you are charged the retail price - in the confirmation email it will show the price you will pay eventually.. after they refund the discount.

From my experience of working in a similar company all order's that have say a 50% discount off the order are sent to a dedicated fraud team who check why so much has been taken off. So if you spend £30 and get £25 off that's a 83% discount, meaning it will be flagged for checking and most likely denied. Unless you get lucky and the person checking misses it and allows it through.

so if i buy lego star wars 2 for £22 and use the voucher i get it for free?
#25

#27
Haven't we been here before hundreds of times?
#28
Fantastic find just got £25 off Wii game,:-D
#29
It always amazes me the number of people who complain about their card being charged for the full amount, more pages often get taken up with this than the actual offer itself they will refund around 5 days after this in the vast majority of cases which is explained before in these posts - and if not just return item for refund. Hardly risky.
