Instructions:Simply enter this code using the quickshop facility on the website or quote when ordering over the telephone.

I was sent this code through the post in a 'please come back' card as I hadn't ordered for a while. If your order is over £40 you can also claim free P&P using order code 085. Also don't forget to look for other Studio freebie codes here, you can use more than one on each order. There is another Roses one listed here, they may well work together. Regardless of what anyone might add I've been shopping with Studio for many many years, I have always had great discounts and lots of free gifts. The one time I had a problem (I was charged for forgettng a payment - totally my fault but I wasn't having any of it!!!) I phoned them and complained and got a apology voucher for £30 with no mov!

They did a similar offer to this last year. The postage was something like £4.95 - more than the tin of Roses would cost in the shop.

If you don't order enough to qualify for the free postage then it's not really a good deal as you can get a tin like this in most shops at the moment for the same price as the postage.

I did a load of shopping for the first time last week with Studio - could have done with these codes then!!! Will write to them though as they left my shopping outside not having been signed for in the front garden and I was on holiday!!! Luckily all there but maybe the'll give me an apology letter and voucher.

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"][SIZE="3"][COLOR="Indigo"]If you want to get an apology voucher I found the best way was to bypass the 'customer service representitive' (as he or she has no authority to actually do this) and ask to speak to their supervisor. As soon as I did this I got to speak to someone a little more friendly who was able to issue a voucher. Good luck :thumbsup: [/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]

As usual I will continue to post my warnings on this bunch. I know some people are happy customers but I would not touch them with a barge pole.
There are lots of warning signs on the forums here and here and more if you search.

If something goes wrong their customer service is terrible. Remember, you will be opening a home catalogue account and they do impose financial penalties for missed payments - frankly for a few chocolates you would be better off buying from your local supermarket.

I tried using more than one code and got NOTHING.Serves me right for being greedy but I'm paying up and putting book in the recycling box.

Be aware of this company they are very dodgy trust me i know i used to work for them and the stuff which they do is not nice if anyone wants to know any information about them ask me and i will let you know.

Placed an order with Studio on the 24th Oct. It arrived today without the Roses and I had been charged P and P, even when using free p and p coupon. What a cheek. Won't be ordering from them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ALL YOU WILL GET IN RETURN IS A LOT OF UNWANTED AGGRO. ps. used to work for them :) That also being as a supervisor. trust me turn elsewhere its not worth buying and setting up an account with them. even if they are offering a free gift. Its like that bank advert where that guy says something like we reel you in then charge you high fees/charges. Exactly the same they reel you and youre trapped, the amount of mothers i used to speak to and most of them were always angry or upset and would take it out on me but at the end i would sort all issues that i was faced with and i would always hear sorry not taking it out on you etc. I knew Studio 24 inside out everything that could and couldnt be done. And trust me at times you couldnt do things that you could to help customers with. Dont waste your money, you should rather throw your money in the bin if youre thinking of using them. there will be happy customers, but happy customers @ studio24 gradually become unhappy.
