Terrific. Last time they said I had a photocopy but I assured them it was a printout. Honoured.
Typical management lack of being trained how not to re-use English phrases that were appropriate in the days before e-commerce came to the world offering electronic voucher where a customer prints the vouchers at home. Another words if a company offers electronic vouchers where it must be printed on a personal printer then whether one prints off a 10 printer copies or photocopy one printed copy 9 times the outcome of usage is the same! I did print off these vouchers at home but I did ask the cashier if they would be accepted prior to ordering any food just in case the cashier wasn't informed correctly or act in a "free range" way under direction of management.

By the way, any flavoured tea is £1.40. Americano cofffee is £1.90 Capaccino is £2.20. Hot chocolate is £2+. Expresso is a bit cheaper than Americano.
After the fish & chips I did have a "free range" reaction from the staff when I used the "buy one dessert get another free offer" (terms: lowest price of the two desserts will be free). All of a sudden I could not pick any two desserts and pay for the most expensive one. The staff magic'ed up a rule out of the thin air in that the dessert offer only applied to cold desserts and not hot desserts. I re-read the terms of the dessert offer and found no such specific exclusion though there was the usual blanket exclusion clause of BHS could change the offer at any time. Then having ordered two cold desserts (chesscakes) on the menu then I was told that there were sold out! So we ended up with two less desirable desserts. However the canteen was very clean and the place was less than half full on a Friday lunch time. It would appear from the diners' choices very few people made use (aware of) of these hot deal vouchers. This is a great deal as Fish and Chips is normally £5.50 (excluding peas).
