Where do you put the free delivery code? I have logged in to my account, added my order but cant see anywhere to put the code at checkout!

I agree with Lauden about no space for delivery code. I placed order and them rang helpline - 08448448333 where I was put straight through to an English based call centre. The guy on the phone was really helpful and says I need to phone back 24 hours after the order has been placed and it will then be on their system and the delivery code can be entered manually.

There surely has to be an easier way to do this! Will update tomorrow once rang back.

I agree as well, the "enter promotional code" box doesn't always appear under the postcode box.
I never had problems until recently with these codes, emailed next about it and their reply was not very helpful, probably just a con to stop us getting free delivery.

I signed up online earlier today, but I don't know what my customer number is... how do I find this out?

I think it will come in the paperwork with your first order. I cant seem to find it on any of my confirmation emails. Seems very strange!

Rang helpline this morning and they were more than happy to add on code manually. Not sure how much it costs to ring 0844 844 8333, but I bet its cheaper than £3.95! Beats heading into the town and then find out they dont actually have your size!!!

As a relative newbie can someone please tell me how to add heat and rep to a post??? Many thanks!

I managed to find out my customer number without calling them. If you click refer a friend, it will mention your customer number on that page.

You can add heat by clicking the red up arrow next to the heat rating :)

don't see that option. don't you need to be logged in in the first place for this?

for those of you calling the 0845 number stop paying so much. call 01162842000 and ask for customer services for online sales.
