Just got an email from Argos, & it's quoting a free delivery code valid until 28th October as well, but it's EFD10 , so they must be giving this away at a few sources - take it E = email. Don't know if Argos website will only let you use each code once (so you can use both) or if it's only one free delivery code until 28/10/08.

Thought it may be useful to someone just in case

Anyone else who's reserved things online on Argos website for in-store collection & registered an email address will possibly get same email.

A would be Affiliate then?
EDIT: i mean as the code has an A instead of an E then it would be affiliate rather than email?

That would make sense as I noticed Quidco were also quoting the same free delivery offer, so they'd be an 'A'. Also for marketing purposes it would allow Argos to get stats on which ones were most successful & calculate any rewards etc.
Can't believe the offers on at the moment, especially with companies such as Argos & Woolworths - Christmas is obviously going to be a tough market for the retailers :santa:

I got the same message and I was about to post it when I saw this post. Thanks for being fast.

Just looking at the T&Cs on Argos website, if you order over the phone you'll be sent a gift voucher that can be used instore, but if you order online then you get an email with a code that can only be used online >

If you place an order online for home delivery and qualify for this offer, you will receive an online promotional voucher code. This promotional code will appear on your order confirmation email and can be redeemed on future online purchases. If you place an order over the phone for home delivery, a gift card will be sent to you separately from your order.[/COLOR]

So if you'd prefer an instore gift voucher then it's probably best to do your order over the telephone for home delivery or reserve one online for in-store collection
