The new top man there has been telling the press *sdas' food quality is really low; I must say I have to agree with him, and their reliability and customer service is at the same level.

Your order hasn't arrived and you call the number on the web site? You'll find yourself speaking to someone totally unconcerned in South Africa...

Never again no matter how low thye prices!

I Work for a asda depo and if people knew how badly there food was treated you wouldn't even consider shopping there. we have had pallets of food go all over the floor and all the managers told us to do is pick it up and send it to the store health and safety clearly not an issue

I've had nothing but good service from Asda and find the call centre staff very helpful - so much so that I offered to take them out for a drink next time I'm in Cape Town

To be perfectly honest its one of those things that would get passed on until it goes unnoticed so basically its pointless

Not right aint it not, does my head in stuff like this, i used to work for a food manufacturer, and oh my god, the stuff i have seen, food that is out of date (frozen stuff) just got relabeled so it wasnt out of date, i quit the job because i didnt like what went on, and i did report it and the company did get shut down, but not sure if that was down to me reporting it or what, just glad they got shut down either way x

If there's a problem with your order, call the store directly. Customer service line is pants.

Asda pretty much completely **** up my order 50% of the time. But I think the stores have KPIs for customer satisfaction and long lives on the food that is picked. Drivers have been sent back to my house with stuff that has been missed (and I haven't been charged for it). I've been given £10 and £15 vouchers. I actually like it when they screw up :)

Voted hot btw :)
