  Personally I would steer well clear of this company.
  
  I made an order last year which they never sent me and now they keep sending me invoices with aditional admin and late payment fees. I have phoned and emailed them about 20 times to tell them my item never arrived but they still insist on increasing my debt.

  I just rang this company up about a statement they keep sending me and told them I will not be paying it as I have not received anything and the person I spoke to called Furkhan said he would check my order.
  
  A few minutes later he told me,
  'I have just spoken to my manager and he told me you should ignore the statement. It is a false statement and we never dispatched your item as it was never in stock. We will send you a form and all you have to do is confirm it was lost in the post in order for us to remove the charge'.
  
  Sounds to me like they are committing fraud. They are sending out statements for items they are not sending out and using us to make claims that they were lost in the post.
  
  I told them to close my account and never send me any more junk mail ever again. 24Studio need to be investigated.
