Staples probably said "Ohhh Sorry, you didn't take out the ORDER CARE" :p
Customer services were not that concerned (at first), just offered to send me another one, and I could dispose of the other faulty one myself (as it would cost them money to pick it up).
It was only after 30mins of me politely saying no thank you to the replacement and asking to speak to a Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager etc..all of whom were too busy, but I said that I would just hang on till one became available. I did have to keep asking the agent to calm down, as he was getting really annoyed, despite the fact I wasn't and kept saying I'm only trying to help them.
Eventually, despite everyone else in the call centre being busy, I heard someone in the background advise him to arrange to pick up the faulty one back for testing and arrange to send me a different free gift to thank me for my help/trouble... I've not been thanked so sarcastically in a long time.
