Moved this to vouchers as the code is needed to take part in the offer :)

From personal experience I wouldn't take my car to nationwide autos for an mot, even if it was free, as in this case. I took advantage of one of their £20 offers 3 years ago. They failed my car on 3 tires and said the lights needed adjusting (another £15 or so). They tried to pressure me to let them do the work and said they will only retest within 24 hours now otherwise I would have to pay again.

I took my car to the local council testing depot instead, paid for a new test, told them to check the tires specifcally and what had happened. They passed the car, said the lights didn't need adjusting either. It has passed another 2 MOT tests since, still with the same tires.

That's my two pennies worth anyway. Maybe it was just my local nationwide autos, but I wouldn't touch a big chain's discount or free MOT again.
