Instructions:Free photo mug worth £7.99 (£1.99 P&P)Free photo mug worth £7.99 (£1.99 P&P)
New and existing Snapfish customers can get a free photo mug worth £7.99 until 2 April 2011 - you pay £1.99 P&P.

How do I get it? If you're a new customer, go to the special Snapfish page and register. If you're an existing customer, simply go to the photo mugs page and select the 11oz photo or collage mug worth £7.99.

Upload your pictures (you can fit up to 15 on a mug), proceed to checkout and enter the code EASTERMUG11.

Any restrictions? Delivery takes four to eight working days so this won't arrive in time for Mother's Day. Code can't be used with any other Snapfish promotions and can only be used once per person.

Anything else? New customers will also get credit for 40 free prints (6×4), which can't be used with other offers. If you order the free prints you'll have to pay an extra 99p delivery.

Quidco and Topcasback are available making for an incredible deal

£1 fro Quidc for a new customer purchase buying just one mug - mine has tracked
£3.53 TopCashBack for a new customer order - mine is still to track.

Assuming TopCashBack works you could be £1.54 and ahve a free mug
- davidmaiden18183

my cashback with Topcasback has now come through but at £1.01 not the £3.53 stated

Title needs to be amended. These aren't 'worth' £7.99, they are 'usually' £7.99.

They are worth £2.20 (and that includes electricity for heat press, sublimation paper, sublimation inks and mug).

That's the raw cost not what its worth. Do you buy a car and add up the cost of metal, plastic and rubber and say well it's only worth £1000 in parts?

good one

Of course, you are conveniently ignoring the substantial cost of putting all the various parts of a car together, sourcing the raw metals and constituents, creating the computer systems etc. etc.

If you built a one off modern car, of any make, it would cost £100k plus.

Maybe a bad example to use? It's called economies of scale.

No, raw cost is about £1.40 - with a GP of between 35% an 40%, it is worth £2.20.

You've posted something suggesting this is a massive saving - I'm just pointing out that it isn't. 7.99 is ridiculously inflated.
That's a fact, sorry you can't guys can't acknowledge that.

But that's like saying if I buy a mars bar for £1.50 from a shop that usually sell them for £5, then that's an amazing deal (regardless of the fact that £5 would be extortionate).

I agree that at £1.99 it's a good price - my point is that it is highly inflated at £7.99 and so is not as good a deal as you guys think it is.

Hot from me (_;)

Brill find, thanks. I've paid full price for the collage mugs before and found them good quality - images dont fade in the dishwasher etc. So to get one for £1.99 delivered is a bargain for me - cheers. Heat added.
#33
They are worth about 7.99, its not too much considering that nowadays everything costs quite expensive, ok it might be true to some extent that u can find them somewhere else for 5.99 maybe but still that is their price, and for 1.99 it is a very good deal, because I believe the quality is very good as I have bought from them couple of times.

You guys make me laugh. I'm pointing out that these are highly inflated prices. I know exactly how much they cost to make and I know exactly how much they sell for at a reasonable profit (nowhere near to £7.99).

I can't tell you where because it goes against the forum rules.

The hostility shown by you 'mugs' is kinda funny. :D
#35
Thanks OP, have ordered one. I found that if I clicked on the hallmark mugs and uploaded a photo, on the next page I got some nice background templates to choose from, Grandad ,Granny, Dad, mum, new baby ones, heart flowers etc. I used the code at checkout, but it did not take the 7.99 off until the last page just before you finally confirm payment when it showed as £1.99. I have ordered before and they are good quality and come really well packaged through the post in cardboard n bubble wrap. I would say that for a good quality mug that is personally printed and send well packaged- £1.99 is a bargain.
